Stefan went above and beyond to help. He was courteous, informative and extremely patient. I spoke with many insurance representatives over this past week for different companies and almost every one of them either talked so fast it was impossible to follow, were rude or hung up on me when they realized I wasn't enrolling with them. Stefan was a calming change in a line of infuriating, frustrating 'representatives.'

My agent,Mark, was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and was great to work with!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Jonathan Hampton is deceitful and unsympathetic.
My mental health practitioners are not in network as promised by Jonathan Hampton. I trusted him in good faith. I bought a health insurance plan through Jonathan Hampton. He recommended Premera since it covers not my medical issues but my mental health which i prioritized.

I got my Premera info and gave it to my MD s office. They told me me that they are not covered by the insurance that I got through Jonathan Hampton.

Andrew was very helpful in finding the perfect insurance for me. He was also very professional.

The agent was very professional and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a policy and answered all my questions. He provided me different choices and I was able to get the policy that I needed. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Based on my experience I would recommend VelaPoint Insurance.

This was my first time navigating the information and processes involved in signing up for ACA insurance, and Jesse Mays at VelaPoint was simply awesome to work with. Terrible customer service. This is the holy grail of evil insurance companies. I have received thousands of dollars in bills for insurance I have yet to receive. No two departments have the same information regarding their clients. One department shows I have had insurance, the other shows that I do not, also I have never received the packet, nor any services. I have spent hours on the phone with these people and have been told different things by each agent. I paid over 2 grand and have nothing but more BILLS and no member ID card yet! What am I being billed for??

knowledgeable & helpful hooking us up with affordable dental coverage

Spoke with several different companies and sales people, but the VelaPoint agent, Alan Charing, who I worked with to obtain health insurance was the most helpful, responsive and offered the best coverage with the least cost with a reputable health insurance company. He was straight forward, clear and informative. I would highly recommend VelaPoint and especially, Alan Charing!

My initial call was helpful and I did get insurance. However, the follow-up experience was very disappointing. I called my agent numerous times and never received a call back. I emailed 3 times and never received any response from my agent regarding a question I had about a gap in my insurance. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.

The above was written in 2018. I am very happy to report that the agent I had when I called in November 2019 was extremely competent and helpful!
He answered all of my questions and gave me a great rate. I am glad I reached out to VelaPoint again.

Great customer support here. I got laid off so I need something to bridge me until I start my next job. The man I spoke was upfront and honest about all the details of the insurance plan. This is easily the least painful sales experience I have had. I would recommend this company for any short term gap needs.
