Terrible customer service. This is the holy grail of evil insurance companies. I have received thousands of dollars in bills for insurance I have yet to receive. No two departments have the same information regarding their clients. One department shows I have had insurance, the other shows that I do not, also I have never received the packet, nor any services. I have spent hours on the phone with these people and have been told different things by each agent. I paid over 2 grand and have nothing but more BILLS and no member ID card yet! What am I being billed for??
