My initial call was helpful and I did get insurance. However, the follow-up experience was very disappointing. I called my agent numerous times and never received a call back. I emailed 3 times and never received any response from my agent regarding a question I had about a gap in my insurance. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.

The above was written in 2018. I am very happy to report that the agent I had when I called in November 2019 was extremely competent and helpful!
He answered all of my questions and gave me a great rate. I am glad I reached out to VelaPoint again.
