Worst recruiting firm ever! They will call continually for jobs out of your area, and often call without looking at your zip code - waking you up at night or early mornings. Email is the same unmanaged process, and no matter how many times you email or call to say you aren't interested, they keep emailing and calling. Many of the callers speak such bad English that they can't be understood.

they recruting only contract basis and they show complexity. like good handsome on face and color of skin .. they did not show skills and ability while recruiting the people in college.so ..they will show only complexity never check his ability and skills.

The leadership members are extremely smart talented. They are open to new ideas and are consistently working and striving for better. There is a huge emphasis on innovation within the company, and fresh idea/thinking is very valued. People work together for a common interest and best results. They are extremely respectful with work life balance. It is appreciated! They also make sure to carve out time to discuss career goals and growth.

Unfortunately I can't give this "agency" a lower than 1 star rating. For anyone wondering it's a bogus company.
1) They spoof their phone numbers to make it look like they're calling from Atlanta, GA in the United States. In reality someone is calling you from India.
2) Having received phone calls and emails from these people in the past, I told them to not contact me again. A request that has fallen on deaf ears.
3) Calling their 1-800 phone number to speak to someone human about being put on a "Do Not Contact" list (or similar type list), no one answers the phone. Yet they supposedly have offices in parts of the world where it is the middle of the working day. Therefore someone should answer.
I personally think the positive reviews posted on Google are ones from employees, certainly can't be from clients.

Great people to work for. SPOC makes sure to get me paid in a timely manner. Travel is outstanding I always feel supported on the road.

These companies are a scam. No one from India is offering your, the perfect job in your area at the pay you want.

I would recommend the company for the future job seekers, I really liked the company hard working culture and competitive environment.

These people are amazingly poor communicators. The accounts payable department does not appear to be made up of accounting professionals. Vendor management is remarkably ignorant in how they deal with the consultants that bring in their bacon. Just so much to say and not enough room to say it. Stay far away from vDart!!!

Updated 8.5.2020.....still waiting for January and March 2020 expenses to be paid in August. Accounting team is so disorganized, but they will apologize profusely each time they are contacted. Executive team offers nothing but excuses. Truly unbelievable that a "world class" firm operates this way!

Updated 9.29.2020 ..... $7k+ expenses up to 8 months overdue were paid within 10 days of last update. Lesson learned is that the only thing they respond to is public shame.

VDart is always trying to improve. There are many opportunities for education and self-improvement. Salaries are good and the benefits are unbeatable. A large team of sound leaders. Your manager trusts you and you have autonomy to go above and beyond your role. Safe space to make mistakes and fail fast.

I really enjoyed working for Vdart...Gokul was responsive when things needed to be addressed and the assignment I was given allowed me flexibility.

Had to block one of the Recruiters from my phone because he wouldn't stop calling me. This is AFTER I told him 4 days ago that I was no longer interested in the opportunity. This is also after he asked me to send a copy of my driver's license before he sent my resume to the client...I've been in recruiting myself for almost a decade and NEVER requested photo ID unless the candidate discloses that they are on a Visa. DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS FROM THEM! You'll regret it.

If you're a company working in the US, shouldn't you learn the language? I've talked to a couple of people at vDart and they might as well be speaking Klingon.

Vdart Inc. is an excellent place to work, all the employees are extremely nice and helpful. It is an excellent working environment where everyone is extremely supportive and cooperative.

I had a great experience. Tyra was so helpful. I called to inquire about a position and spoke to Tyra on the phone. She was able to get me over to the right recruiter in minutes. Never had that experience with any consulting company. She also followed up with me the very next day. She was VERY professional, very warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about Vdart. Although, I accepted another position. I had a terrific experience.

Spam, texting me despite never contacting this company.

Beware of this company.They must get paid on commission. My social security number was reported to the DOL when I've never worked for them! They kept harassing me via phone, text, and email.

Love what I do, company values its coworkers and greatly appreciate the atmosphere and culture. This company has clients all over the world and if you like to travel they will keep you traveling. The compensation package is the best I have seen in my career. Great teaming culture, ability to network, open door policy. flexibly hours and schedule. People respects one another. Most unethical unprofessional placement agency. Most of the recruiters are residing in India and fish people in US. The agents calling from India using US numbers go to any extreme for money and mostly do harm for the people looking for jobs. So please please avoid these guys and protect yourself.

I worked with Vdart for a year, excellent team and company to work with. Gokul Raj has been a great contact and resource to work with, very professional and prompt with any questions, good management skills.

Over the last week or so I have had a few conversations with VDART recruiters. Sometimes jobs don't work out and that is part of this process. The recruiter let me speak to A VP Vinay Godavarthi who explained a few things about the role and we determine it was not a match. However, unlike must companies, they did not just drop me there. He desire was to mentor a relationships so we may be able to work together in a future engagement. This was very impressive and the type of companies I like to work with. He even went so far as to meet me for coffee and take his personal time on a Saturday/ Seeing executives of a company work so hard for their candidates was amazing.

Vdart consistently lies because I get the same job descriptions from reputable firms. For example, I'll get the real job description that states that travel expenses are EXCLUDED. Vdart people will change it to travel expenses are INCLUDED. They are liars. Do not work with them! You've been warned.

They have great training, and really encourage everyone to excel without putting so much pressure on metrics and numbers. They are also really awesome at being the most current with technology. The WORST unprofessional low class recruiting agency. They reside in India and call from the US numbers. Not at all fluent in English. They send invites to our LinkedIn accounts and offer job interviews but never give out the venue details of the interviews. We keep waiting from them for the interview venue details but they go silent afterwords. Fraud agency. Avoid at all cost.

I really enjoy working for this company, their clientele is top notched. Friendly, and professional environments greet you as you walk through the doors. The company culture is what you make or it seeing as VDart provides staffing to a multitude of industries. Amazing company with great work life balance. Fantastic breadth of opportunities to work on exciting and challenging deals with multiple clients. You have the ability to contribute and be heard. VDart offers a great career in many different areas. I was able to position my top notch candidates for their clients and VDart as an organization has helped us and our candidate with exceptional growth.

Same experience as many others --VDart sourcers are incapable of reading a profile before hitting the "send" button. In the course of a day, I get multiple emails and calls (every 10 minutes yesterday) for opportunities that do not match my career experience, salary expectations, geographical region, or desired work status.

As a job-seeker, VDart, alone, easily accounts for 40% of the overall "noise" I get in my inbox. Also, they call you at inappropriate early hours in the morning. This is harassment, and every request to be removed from their databases falls on deaf ears.

If you are thinking of using VDart as a sourcer --just don't. They are wholly ineffective and incapable at matching job-seeker profiles with actual reqs. I don't know how they ever actually place anyone with this approach.
