Over the last week or so I have had a few conversations with VDART recruiters. Sometimes jobs don't work out and that is part of this process. The recruiter let me speak to A VP Vinay Godavarthi who explained a few things about the role and we determine it was not a match. However, unlike must companies, they did not just drop me there. He desire was to mentor a relationships so we may be able to work together in a future engagement. This was very impressive and the type of companies I like to work with. He even went so far as to meet me for coffee and take his personal time on a Saturday/ Seeing executives of a company work so hard for their candidates was amazing.
