Short to flee

As an event hostess everything went very well (varied missions, sometimes motivating salary, large working hours ...) until the day when I had to cancel 2 missions in a row because bedridden with good angina. I obviously provided a medical certificate within 48 hours. Since then I have been black listed for no reason whatsoever. When I go to the agency and / or send emails to understand the purpose of this decision, 0 response. Pure injustice!

Cancellation of mission at the last minute by Mr Massard. The salary is available very late .... No recognition and no professionalism ... I advise other agencies! You will be disappointed.

This is the second time that I change agency, and this is the most serious, I can only recommend.

Recruitment does it right, respect and seriously. I was paid in time.

Agency disrespectful towards the hostesses. Due to an unforeseen event, I was unable to honor a mission with this agency. I notified the officials 2 weeks in advance. However, I received an animation kit without even having signed my contract and 1 week before the expected delivery date. It was up to me to find a solution and to contact the replacement hostesses in order to pass the kit on.
The managers do not hesitate to contact you on a Sunday evening at 10 p.m., to call you back at 8 a.m. the next morning. The worst hostess agency I've ever been in, and so glad I didn't work for them. TO FLEE

Dismissed in an inadmissible manner after I have given myself thoroughly in my work, I always respond present for all the missions that are offered to me, I refused a suite following the death of one of my relatives I am dismissed without any reason or explanation ...... Until today I still ask for a certificate that I worked with them but in vain ....... Fortunately there are the # prud'homme.
Shame on you if that's how you treat your hostesses.

Agency Who is not at all professional !!! I was paid two months after the mission and I was not paid all my hours !!! I miss 6 hours! When I call to ask for a complaint I hang up in the face! Above all, never work with them!

I saw clearly discriminatory attitudes on the part of the recruiter from a group selection.

Marianne International is for me one of the best reception agencies. Small, very professional team, management attentive and who recognizes when delivering a quality service (monthly visits). Training (off-site) is also offered. The hosts are carefully chosen. Top-of-the-range customers in rather nice sites. The salary is also interesting.

This is remarkable when you compare with other reception agencies ....

Unacceptable and inhuman behavior with employees - strongly discouraged

Marianne is a very shared agency for returns here!
Actually I think this agency is very professional, demanding and quite organized.
Now some hosts and hostesses have summarized well.
There is favoritism and discrimination quite remarkable for a large group this one.
That the more than 200 people that I supported last year to have appointments with lawyers come to complain about my performance. That the lawyers on this show who gave me their card and appreciated my dedication come to tell me the opposite.
But Marianne she was not satisfied!
The height they came me back at the last minute on this hallucinating show in 2019 I was already booked elsewhere.

Only downside Jennifer she was very kind.
Here I think I was honest and objective in all that I just stated as usual!
Very disappointed by this agency that does not recognize the efforts and investments at their fair value of these hosts. I wish them to change mentality soon in 2020.

Racist agency, it's known as the white wolf (sorry for the bad joke) all over Paris. Agency obviously to be avoided.

As a student, I was hired on a cdd. Correct salary for my job and I am not disappointed with this company. I recommend for students like me. Or even for all other people.

Super agency and on a human scale, unlike others, as hostesses we are really taken into consideration which is nice. In addition, the choice of missions is varied, and I have always received my salary on time! :)

Past 2 and a half years with Marianne. a very good experience, very competent production managers, friendly and accommodating! A good company that I recommend for positions in reception, ticketing..etc

Very very good atmosphere and organization. Against some comments saying that they only work by piston, I can certify that not, for my part in any case.

I am delighted to work for them. I have never been so good at another company.

Agency to flee, they work by piston, places hostesses on sites full of discrimination to flee woe to you if you complain, indeed their contracts are worth more than the hostesses. No recognition for the hostesses, beware of the kindness of the site managers it is only to make you better baited, Marianne is the worst agency I have been able to do they have no human values and lie to you by smiling at you.

No human. Agency that has no appreciation to its hostesses after years of collaboration. A shame.

Good agency with very friendly teams. Understand enough about time to make outfits or when there is a problem with customers. Present on big events we experiment a lot of things. Paid quite quickly by transfer it's great. I recommend !

Superb service provider, no particular problem, top team!

With a 4-month fixed-term contract, everything started well. However after a few weeks, several cases of moral harassment on the part of managers led to a bad atmosphere. The company fires for a yes or for a no. Company accustomed to the Prud homme.
