I was super fun there went with people of all ages and grades for my school. The laser tag was super duper fun.

They have a accomodating schedule for toddlers, adults and kids, check out their website. We only used toddlers bounce house. Place is not too spacious, so might feel congested if full house. They have great options for older kids to play but could imagine things getting crazy if busy. Would recommend going during the week if can.

Very very disappointed. Went to Bounce Factory on a trip with my campers and the owner was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He was cursing in front of the kids with us unexceptionable. They didn t have any running water and the bathrooms was out of order. I would never go back nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Business Owners should always be respectful especially around the children who makes their business a success

Had a laser tag party for my 7 year old and the whole experience was great. We were greeted at the door and they took the cake and party favors from us and showed us the coat rack for our party. Then we went in and spent 40 minutes of laser tag mayhem. It's a straight forward free for all, no complicated flag missions, just great fun. Parents are encouraged to join in and we had quite a few playing with us. They serve the food, the cake and clean up. After several parties in our house where we have to basically plan everything down to the minute in order to keep things under control, it's a great relief to have everything taken care for us. It's worth every penny we spent for the party. Tony, the owner, checked in our party and was nothing was overlooked. At the end of the party an employer brought out the gift bin along with our cake and leftover pizza and helped pack our car. No complaints from me.

This was awesome fun for the kids and the grownups. Very well organized for class trips and plenty of supervision in the laser tag and bounce rooms. Kids had a blast and learned about forces and motion. We enjoyed plenty of STEM activities.

I absolutely needed to take the time to acknowledge the amazing people at the Bounce Factory. My friend had booked her son's birthday party at another facility (Airsoft Factory in Bound Brook) but when she arrived, they said that they had problems with the computers and online booking so there was no party (meanwhile they took her $100 deposit). Anyway - feeling very overwhelmed, my friend didn't know which way to turn and we had 10 kids who were expecting a party - especially one young birthday boy. I grabbed my phone, called the Bounce Factory thinking "it can't hurt to ask" and was greeted by a young girl who immediately handed me to the owner. The owner was awesome and said "talk to Cheryl, she will work this out for you!"
Within a minute, I was passed to Cheryl and she was nothing short of fantastic! She told me to bring the party immediately to Bounce Factory and they would figure out how to fit us in between the parties they had going on all day.

When we arrived, Cheryl greeted us at the door, hugged my friend who was still incredibly upset, and ushered the kids into the jousting bounce room that was available for a little over an hour. We got the best staff they had and the kids had a BLAST!

Besides being a great facility in general, it is always wonderful to encounter such amazing customer service. The Bounce Factory should be commended for having a terrific owner with a tremendous team working with him, each of whom truly care about the kids and making their day perfect (even when it isn't "planned").

I just can't say enough positive things - thank you again to Cheryl and everyone at Bounce Factory for making my godson's birthday party happen when all else failed!

I brought my 5 year old son and niece today for the first time and they had a blast! The facility was so clean and well maintained - not what I have found with other similar businesses. The staff were all incredibly friendly and jumped in to play with the kids. I was really impressed and will definitely be back!

I always get what I need and want done here. My Son and his team loves it here. Great spot for Special Needs population

Fun and clean! Not a HUGE place. But worth my 35min drive. My 2 and 4 yr old boys had a great time. Apparently reservations are recommended when school is out

I have taken my son to the Bounce Factory numerous times, for either open play or birthday parties. The place is clean and there is always plenty of staff on hand. I particularly like that the staff is willing to help the kids. My son always has a great time and they have a nice variety of bounce houses. I highly recommend this place.

So much fun! Brought my 2.5 yes old for a birthday party! Some things she couldn't do because she was too small for but she had so much fun!

They have a variety of bouncers and they are always clean. Their staff is very friendly enabling even the most timid child to open up and have fun.

I am so disappointed in this place, had my party all ready to go and for mid September and they just called me to cancel the party so matter of factly....so very disappointing

I visited The Bounce Factory this summer with My 7 year old son. It was amazing . He is a very athletic and energetic young man and needs active outlets. The Bounce Factory was exactly what the Dr ordered . The Staff was energetic and very engaging . They maintained order very well and kept the participants safe. The most impressive aspect was their ability to foster cooperative group play. The facility was organized and clean . I have and will continue to refer the Bounce Factory to friends and family .

It's a kid party machine. They do a good job running it and the kids seem to have fun.

Good place for birthday parties. The place offers two bounce halls and/or a laser tag option. You can mix and match bounce and laser depending on the age, interests and the size of your group. The place is pricy, but it is hard to find anything inexpensive in this area.

The place is clean and not crowded, which is very good. The only reason I have 3 stars and not more is because the employees lacked the energy and happy attitude need for a child's birthday party.

The bouncing part has only two rooms and a bit of space, fun for thee kids but not adults accompanying. Lazer tag was amazing though

Went there with my kids as they were guests to birthday parties and it was always fun for them. I also planned a birthday party for my kids and the contact person was always in touch, helping me choose the right options for the event. Staff is courteous and attentive.

We have hosted 4 birthday parties here and attended countless others. Not only do they do a great job, the staff is not only there to maintain order but they add to the experience. The staff in the bounce room made sure all the kids were having a good time, threw balls around and initiated some games. The attendant in the laser tag room even made the safety speech fun.

Had a blast with the kids...should have more water fountains though the kids had to keep running through the whole length of the building to hydrate.

Popular birthday party location, efficient and friendly staff. Exercise balances all the sugar they consume from the cake :)

We love this place. It's clean and fun. The staff is super friendly and toddler bounce is such a great deal.

Was there for a birthday. Bounce Factory was clean, had many bouncing options for participants and was very well set up and staffed to support a birthday of over 22 kids. The staff is very attentive to guests and try to accomodate special requests as much as possible.

There are so many other better bounce places. This place is so bland. Staff was nice

Great place for kids!!! Went for two birthday parties in one day and my daughter loved every minute of it. Super organized and has ample space for kids to play with two separate bouncing rooms and even a room for laser tag. They offer bounce time not related to birthday parties as well.

I love the Bounce Factory. They are super to work with and very accommodating to our large church group. The Bounce Factory is always very clean, the staff is super helpful! The kids have a blast when they go there.

I was here for a company party for a bunch of adults celebrating the holidays and year end. We played laser tag and it was lots of fun and great team building. I came here a few days later with the kids and I couldn't get them out of here. Staffs are super friendly and patient considering the number of kids here running around.

We have gone to the Bounce Factory several times for both open bounce and parties. The staff is FANTASTIC. They play with the kids, get them to run and expend tons of energy, all with smiles! The venue itself is very clean and well organized. I feel very safe and comfortable there. It is a great place to have fun with your kiddies!

GREAT place to have a birthday party! Fun for kids of all ages (and adults too)!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The bathrooms were disgusting and they had the nerve to use foul language in front of our kids and then told our entire camp to leave after one of the workers called our kids ghetto . The lack of unprofessionalism is astounding and a business that caters to families and children should hold themselves to a higher standard. Shameful.

Recently enjoyed Laser Tag with 12 couples for an adult party at Bounce Factory. Cheryl, Linda and Kenny were each a tremendous help in ensuring a great night for everyone. My friends and I had a great time!! Highly recommend!

I had my son's birthday party here a week ago. I went there because the room I saw was comprised of black lights, cool looking laser vests and fog which added a level of intrigue I thought 10 year olds would love. I was given the impression that on the day of my party I would have exactly what I was shown. Not so. On the day of our party, the fog machine didn't work rendering the game lackluster as everyone could be seen - there was no stealth element and little challenge. No one, including the owner, thought it necessary to discuss this with me the day of the party - so when I entered the laser room I was totally shocked and then utterly dismayed when the party ended without fog. When I asked about it, the response was nonchalant - "it must not be working". I tried following up on the matter and spoke with the owner, who does not agree that I didn't get the party I paid for, was unwilling to acknowledge that I should have had fog and thought the best course of action was to hang up on me. It was an amazingly awful experience. I've seen good reviews but the fact that the owner is unwilling to take responsibility when something unexpected happens is disconcerting to me and is why I've taken the time to write this review.
As of this posting, there is a statement by this business on another major customer review website that states, "...newly upgraded laser arena has a state of the art sound and smoke system and will be sure to impress everyone."

Cool bounce rooms. Tiny eating rooms. See the place in person to know what you need.

Had my son's birthday party here and one word describes it:. AWESOME! The staff was great and the place is clean and modern. The kids and even the grown ups had fun with the Lazer tag.

It has everything a kid would love. Laser tag, bounce rooms, my daugther (9) was happy leaving here. Thats enough said. Great place to throw a kids party. I dropped of my daugther for a party so I didn't get to see much. So 4 stars for now.

Amazing place for children through 8th grade they loved it!

Both my 6 year old girl and 16 year old boy attended parties here in the same year and had equal amounts of fun. It's fun for children of all ages. The velcro wall was a big hit with my daughter's friends! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Very professional, clean, and accommodating. I highly recommend for all events, especially church youth group events!

We've been to the Bounce Factory several times!! For birthdays and school events. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly.
I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Bad customer service!

At a place like this the make or break is customer service! Almost all Lazer tag setups are the same so the only thing that stands out is the service!

Just had a phenomenal 6th birthday party at the Bounce Factory for my daughter - from start to finish everything was easy. The staff was beyond attentive with the children - actively engaging them and the smiles were contagious. I wish I knew one of the guys names as I owe him a huge thank you for jumping around with the kids, letting them steal his hat and chasing them, etc. I also have to give a shout out to Elaine who cut the princess doll cake with such precision - thank you. Highly recommend!!!

Our boys just love The Bounce Factory! We go there as often as we can - it's always a lot of fun for the children. Place is very nice and clean, and the customer service is great!!!

Drove all the way over there for "open bounce" at the suggestion of a friend. When I arrived, they informed me there was no open bounce today (or tomorrow) because of "field trips" and said I need to check the website. No sympathy whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Favorite bouncing place for all kids in the area. Nice and clean. Owners care a lot and take care of the business.

Attended a party here this past weekend and was very happy. The facility is big, clean and well lit. The bouncing rooms are as well. Compared to some other similar facilities, I enjoyed this one the best for several reasons. One, the bounce rooms were well lit. I've been to several where the bounce rooms are very dark and lit with a black-light sort of situation which makes it very hard to see and quite frankly, dangerous. Second, not only were the bounce rooms well lit, they had plenty of staff on hand to help the kids and ensure their safety. They had staff actually IN some of the bounce apparatuses which was the first time I've seen that and feel it is very necessary. I had several interactions with a gentleman who I assume is the manager or owner and he went out of his way to be warm and friendly. In between running boxes of pizza around and checking on the different rooms, he took time to stop and play with my kids in the common area and provided them with gift water bottles filled with candy. Really nice!
The only thing I would suggest is that every bounce apparatus have a mat at the entry and exit point. My 3 yr old son came off one of them a little awkwardly and landed face first on the hard floor resulting in a fat lip. He's a kid, he'll survive....just a small suggestion.
All in all, a great family run facility I will be considering for my child's next birthday. Great job!

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! FIRST OF ALL THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. Imagine having over 50 kids and both restrooms and water fountain not working. The staff right behind him calling us GHETTO . I wouldn t recommend this place AT ALL. If you have a business you should know how communicate respectfully with other people. ALSO using profanity in front of the children because of YOUR mistake!!!!!!!! The whole staff and owner go ! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!!!!!!! NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

Bounce Factory is located a short way off exit 36 of Rt 78 in Warren. You have to check the calendar on their website for Open Jump sessions and call well in advance to make a reservation. Slots fill up quickly. There are 2 large rooms with 4 bounce playsets each for a total of 8. One of the 8 is a sticky wall that requires putting on a velcro suit. The fee is $12 per child for a 2 hour bounce session. You can combine that with laser tag and pizza. They have a vending machine as well.

A great place to have a party. Friendly, clean, kids and adults love it and there is good food.

My daughter is three and loves coming here for toddler bounce. It's unfortunate it is not offered every day. It's always clean and the staff is very helpful/friendly.

Bounce factory was so much fun!! Our family can't wait to go back. The facility is amazing with bounce castles and laser tag and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Compared to other bounce type places it was well organized, the staff was quite friendly and smiling. The smiling part makes all the difference
