I have a few Vaude products and I am super satisfied with them.
Now I've bought a new sleeping bag. At first I couldn't get the sleeping bag out of my pocket. 2 men with brute force make it possible. Thought to me, yes, "is just badly packed". No matter how much force and what technique I use, I won't get it back packed in its bag. So all I need is a bigger bag. I have filled out the contact form. It's been 5 weeks now and I still have no answer. I get zero help on the phone. For me this is not a service. Such a small topic and no other answer. The service alone makes me doubt whether I will ever buy anything from Vaude again. What a shame.

We want to sell the cheap china waste as high quality from Germany. For this purpose, they also use cheap, underqualified workers in Germany who have no idea of German laws and only have a follow-up perspective on the screen. My family and friends will never buy anything from this store.

It's a shame, actually deserves zero stars. The delivery of replacement rolls took over half a year. In this regard, the chatter about sustainability is only artificial. Unfortunately, the quality of the suitcase was also subterranean. The contact to the service is annoying. I'll never buy anything from Vaude again.

Unfortunately, I was not helped with my problem with the crunching backpack. The plastic struts rub on the strap, with a little weight in the backpack the squeaking, crunching and creaking becomes unbearable and annoying. The backpack was sent in. When I picked it up again I was told there was nothing I could do. I contacted Vaude by email. Both people to whom I was referred told me again that you could not do anything. There was no effort to help me. I actually like to carry the backpack, but with this sound it is impossible to endure without oropax. Too bad you lost me as a customer. I sometimes buy from Peak Performance, great customer support and a lifelong guarantee on broken things. Will increasingly use Peak Performance in the future
