It's a shame, actually deserves zero stars. The delivery of replacement rolls took over half a year. In this regard, the chatter about sustainability is only artificial. Unfortunately, the quality of the suitcase was also subterranean. The contact to the service is annoying. I'll never buy anything from Vaude again.
