We were so impressed with the customer service that we encountered on our Vat19 tour in St. Louis. We drove from Ohio to take the tour, and we were thrilled that on a Friday afternoon on an upcoming holiday weekend that most of our favorite crew members were there. They posed for pics with us and answered questions. When we had a "user error" issue with one of the items that we purchased, the owner himself troubleshooted and solved our problem. Then he recommended some fun things to do and see in the area. The kids were thrilled! They stand behind their awesome products and are fantastic at what they do. We are fans for life! Thank you!

I toured Vat19 to celebrate an important milestone, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The way to make the most of a facility tour here is to be a fan of their YouTube videos. There is a ton of memorabilia from past videos which can be seen in person, and their filming sets are quite impressive.

I love there YouTube channel I ordered a stress ball a year ago and it came early I am planning to go on a tour but it might take a while thank you for all you do also why is Kyle so emo and deep?

This company and its employees are truly remarkable! I seldom am genuinely impressed by a company s commitment to the customer and their experience, but Vat19 has knocked it out of the park with me.

I had a minor issue with a product I bought from Vat19 and they PROMPTLY and COURTEOUSLY addressed the problem that I did not expect to ever witness from a company. The only suggestion I would have is to offer more of the popular products, because you re always out of the hottest items!

But otherwise, these guys are truly the gold standard for Customer Service that every E-commerce corporation should take notes from. Thank you so much to Jamie and the crew for their hard work!

Went on a tour once. LOVED IT. One thing though...Eric left :-( But all is well!

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Once I received the product, which was ordered for a child's birthday, I inspected the item. I noticed that parts of the product were moldy, thus, making it unusable. I immediately attempted to reach out to the company but was unable too by phone or chat. I then emailed customer service as directed on the website. It has now been over two weeks and no one from the company has replied to the email. Luckily, I was able to source the parts locally and replace them, so the child would not be disappointed.

I love the content that yall make on your YouTube channel, and the layout of yalls website. I need a laugh: YouTube, search Vat 19, find a video, and laugh. Need to find a gag gift go to the website. I will say this sometimes watching yalls videos make want some sort of food for ex. real or jelly bean.

Had a very poor experience with this company. Would not recommend!

Great selection of products. I like that they are based in St. Louis. But when I ordered a few products I wished the packaging would have been nicer. I ordered the just marshmallow cereal and it came crushed into little pieces this could have been a delivery error but they also threw the stuff I ordered into a tiny box so everything was damaged in some way.
I still love this business and what they stand for but I wish the packaging was a little better.

All of the Vat19 products I have purchased are great and always arrive in a very short amount of time (Well, I do live in St. Louis). I recently bought the Box of Happy Accidents from the website for $17 and received around $60 worth of items! The only reason is because a few of the products had damaged packing, but even then the rest of the items had no visible damage at all on the product itself OR the packaging. I also went to the Vat19 tour which was great both times I went. So, in conclusion, Vat19 is a great website/company which I highly recommend to everyone.

We drove across Missouri to take our three children to tour Vat 19 and meet all their favorite Vat 19 staff/YouTube personalities over Spring Break in April. While killing time before our scheduled tour time, we were in a car wreck in downtown Saint Louis! Our entire family was fine, however our minivan was unable to be driven. We called Vat 19 and explained our situation to Donna and she told us to come and we could pick up the tour even if we were late. We had an awesome AAA driver who kindly took us to Vat 19 headquarters after dropping our van off. We arrived to Vat 19 late so Jamie took us on our own personal tour! Our kids were so excited that they didn't miss out on the tour and they were able to meet almost everyone they had seen on the Vat 19 videos. Our kids are still talking about our visit and tour!
Vat 19 videos have entertained us for years and after experiencing the kindness of the staff there, we will continue to watch and shop Vat 19. Thanks again, Jamie, Jon, Eric, Donna, Joey, Rick, Ben and everyone else at Vat 19. The Mills Family

My daughter wants to go to vat 19 but she can t because we live so far away and it s her favorite favorite show she watches every day and every time

As fans of Vat19, my children and I decided to make a stop by the warehouse on our trip from North Carolina to Nebraska. Even though we didn't have time for a tour, the lobby itself was perfect and great to see. The front desk guy was nice and helpful. We were able to order a few things, see the legendary putty shorts, take a few quick pictures and be on our way. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Call in advance to ask about tours!

We took the tour which was great. You get to see it all and meet the crew. Our teenage daughter was very happy!
