We were so impressed with the customer service that we encountered on our Vat19 tour in St. Louis. We drove from Ohio to take the tour, and we were thrilled that on a Friday afternoon on an upcoming holiday weekend that most of our favorite crew members were there. They posed for pics with us and answered questions. When we had a "user error" issue with one of the items that we purchased, the owner himself troubleshooted and solved our problem. Then he recommended some fun things to do and see in the area. The kids were thrilled! They stand behind their awesome products and are fantastic at what they do. We are fans for life! Thank you!
