Easy ordering and fast shipping. Once I received the product, which was ordered for a child's birthday, I inspected the item. I noticed that parts of the product were moldy, thus, making it unusable. I immediately attempted to reach out to the company but was unable too by phone or chat. I then emailed customer service as directed on the website. It has now been over two weeks and no one from the company has replied to the email. Luckily, I was able to source the parts locally and replace them, so the child would not be disappointed.
