Other than the strange stares of racist old people, this place is very nice.

Just wish the annual membership price was more affordable. Especially for Arnold residents.

Shame on them. Poor customer service when it comes to memberships. A day late on a payment and they charge you double. they scam you out of you money any chance they get this isn t the first time it s happened either.

All good except for the confession stand was out of some menu items

Really wonderful Recreational Center. Very clean extremely nice to have. Lots of work out equipment to full-size basketball courts and indoor track and indoor pool and outdoor pool. Public library is right next door. It's really great place for the family

I love to walk on the track and once in awhile work out in the gym.

Great place to take the kids swimming when it's not summer time I also have an amazing outside pool to during summer time

I love the Rec Center! Always so clean and the staff is very friendly, especially love the ladies in the Kids Club!

There is violence, guns in the late evening. The mgmt is afraid to confront or call police. It is shameful to allow unsafe conditions for local residents. These ruffians are buses from other area. Going to do my silver sneaker effort elsewhere

My husband (69) and I (64) used the machines for the first time. The instructor was very helpful by explaining how to use the machines and what area of the body it worked. It was a great workout. Next time I'll do the swimming vortex.

Our hockey club rented a room for the annual banquet. We had a great time. The kids got to swim for a bit.

Great place the only thing I would like to see changed is during the week open at 5am not 5:30am

A great place to walk or jog the track. 12 laps is 1 mile. No charge, and free Wi-Fi, ask at the desk for password.

Newly updated gym, nice little walk track and 2 basket ball courts..love it, small free day care for kiddos.

Our first time at the outdoor pool. It's got it's own parking lot, it's own changing area/ restrooms, and it's own concessions. Short drive around the back of Arnold Rec Center. Separate admission from indoor pool. Great day!

I love to go to the rec center, play pool, walk the track and visit the library! Plus, they have great indoor and outdoor pools.

Friendly staff. The pool area is due for a little maintenance and upkeep but overall a great place.

Good place to work out. I wish they add wall climbing.

The only thing I didnt care for was the wrist band. Overall great work out.

The Arnold Rec Center is a great place to take your kids they have an inside swimming pool and and outside swimming pool it's a great place just to hang out for the day they also have a workout room and a place where the kiddos can play basketball good family fun. And if you remember you get free child care. Only at certain times of the day though

It is a fun place to go swimming and to play billiards with my husband. The staff are very friendly and nice to you. If, you need anything they help you.

Pretty clean and my daughter loves every bit of of it. That alone is worth it. Also children 4 and under are free

today I went to basically decide if I wanted to continue going and buy a membership.
I will continue to go to this pool but I won't be buying a membership.
The pool is clean and the lifeguards actually watch. However, it gets crowded fast. I showed up at 11 when the doors are opening and there was a line of about 15 people. Being first I was able to snag a spot in the shade, which is not a lot because there are only about 5 unbrellas total in the pool.
There are lots of families that come. There is a pool for every age group.
The sign on the outside says no outside food or drink. However I did see basically everyone bringing in food and drinks.
Aside from the lack of shade, this pool is pretty good.

Very upset with them. Tried to rent gym for a touch football practice. Called but got vm. When to office on Thursday & told that Patrick out till Monday. Need gym on Wednesday evening. Told that Ajas could help me but out of office so they put a note on her desk to call me. No call back. Friday went back to rec center. Aja s would not talk to me & told she would not call me. Wait till Patrick came in on Monday. REALLY - I ve been a member for years & they won t return my cal even if it s to say they cannot help me. Terrible customer service.

Great place. Nice workout facilities, swimming pool, and other amenities.

Friendly front desk staff. Pool is great for children! The bathrooms are fairly clean. I would go bank again!

We reserved a room for a baby shower and they waited till the day before to tell us they messed up our reservation that we no longer have a reserved room on the date we scheduled. They did nothing to try and make it right.

nice place to hang out on a hot summer day, the toilet bowl style slide needs to be used with caution as you may smack your head on your way through the hole.

The girls at the front desk are SO RUDE, told us we had to pay 6$ just to watch people play basketball. she's lucky I didn't flex her ass.

I have been coming here for a number of years. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. The equipment is effective and up to date. I have nothing but good things to say. They have recently began doing events to bring the local community together on fun experiences as well. I look forward to continuing to go to this wonderful facility.

I have been using the outdoor pool center for years. Last year they let the water levels drop and this year the water levels are even lower. I have no idea why they are doing this, but the lazy river needs the correct amount of water in it. The filters might stand a chance of taking some of the floating bugs out if the water actually was high enough to take the bugs over the grates. The water didn't even come close to that. Why have they not opened the large water slide?

Tons of fun stuff for the whole family! We go here for so many things.

Locker room air is consistently 10 degrees below pool air, making it uncomfortable . No real spa. Does not make any effort to help in the way of therapy.

Very quiet given the pandemic. I wore a mask for most everything. Since there weren't many people social distancing wasn't a problem.

My 5 year old loves it. Wish it was a little cheaper to swim

Pool area needs a good painting. Steps up to the slide, I beams, and air ventilation all rusty. Poor maintenance and lack of prioritization. New office looks great.

Went to see Shakespeare in the park tonight performed by Arnold Community Theatre Co. Great show! Great acting! Great evening! Wonderful experience!

It's a great place to work out, swim, and shot some pool if you would like.

The outside pool wasn't deep enough and way too many kids. The pool Water was filthy.

Incompetence of staff abounds.....their website reads for the holidays that the pool is open but don't believe the website and don't believe the staff when you call. No one tells you the same thing. We planned a month in advance to bring a group of kids to the pool only to find out they decided not to be open. This is a public community service and they can't keep the pool open on a non-US holiday?

Disappointed. Spent 6.00 per teenager to use outdoor pool but slide was closed and lazy river was not full. Teens too big to use kiddie play area so we went inside. Had to pay another 6.00 per person to enter indoor pool. Why don't you just offer an indoor/outdoor pool pass? Trip cost me $48.00 total. Next time we will just go to Lemay or the pool in Pevely.

My sister Kaitlyn went to one of her friends birthday party here a few months ago and she had fun.

I have been trying to get a refund for my daughter's swim classes for almost a week now. Everytime I call they redirect me to 3 different people and none of them can help me. The only person that can apparently does not like to answer her phone nor return phone calls.

Always clean and staff are friendly. There is rarely a wait for cardio equipment and the indoor pool is great for lap swimming.

Small business owner in Arnold. We went to sign up for a family membership. We were told that our business address was no longer acceptable and that we would be condidered non-resident members. EXTREMELY disappointed.

The place was awesome so clean and beautiful and perfect for our event. Too bad the staff was rude. Coming in a demanding more money when we were 10min late saying goodbye to our guest

This is the best place on earth.

Shoot some Pool? Watch a little TV in a club chair? lift some weights, swim in a great pool with all kinds of cool things swishing and swirling and ....
And the outdoor pool is just simply the best....take your grandchildren there.
Awesome snack bar, awesome chaises and chairs and umbrellas, awesome current river.....There's just nothing bad I can say about this place.
P.S. The outside pool has AMPLE lifeguards. They are really on the ball.

The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean.

Lots to do, very cheap, and the location is excellent. Its pretty easy to find and it's right by the library.

The pool is it outside what nice but not much else to do outside no slides or deep end with diving boards or anything

The person that greeted me when I entered was really nice and helpful. Even though the internal construction was not finished, the rec center felt welcoming and looked nice.

Getting some one to answer the phones to inquire about pricing and other info not available on the website is impossible.

They are very nice, very professional, and very safe! The guards rotate and the place is really well kept and clean! I will be buying the family summer passes next season for sure!!!

Cheap entry with family style locker room area and the traditional girl/boy lockers as well.

I live in Arnold and have never been inside. Place is really nice ! They were supposed to host a wiffle ball league on Sunday nights (starting Feb 10th, 2019) , but they unfortunately had to cancel due to lack of teams. If anyone is interested in playing , plz call the front desk and ask for Abby. If more teams sign up it will be reinstated. It is inside the gym if anyone is wondering where we will be playing. 5 man teams , $160 , yellow bats and balls were going to be provided. Or reply to this message somehow and we can start our own league. Thx!

Arnold Rec Center is a wonderful place to workout or just hang out with the kids. I love their upstairs track (FREE to the public), the pool is awesome too.
