Very poor mindset of staff ..tutored badly on how to deal with customers

Even after 1.5 month the piece was not ready and a lot of waiting time even if received a called on order got ready .
Came here and found already fighting and dissatisfied customers
Really a bad experience from such a reputed brand.

Traditional, modern, leheriya, handwork....they have it all...check it out...you are going to love it

Worst company having no SOPs or anything, hired an employee of the year from my previous office and fired here without even telling the reason. SCAMMMERS

Pathetic staff behaviour.
I went to the store with my mother to select some wedding stuff, but the way they treated my mother was out of bounds.
Customer service basics missing. People like this make wedding shopping stressful and miserable.
I don't recommended this place.

The worst service I have ever seen, Ordered a grey lehnga and got a green one and they delivered after 1 and half month after the order, they had promised me to give the lehnga by 15 days. After requesting for return still no response.

Pathetic experience. NEVER shop from Vasansi online store. After doing payment and placing order, you get to see there terrible customer service.
They do not respond or update you on your order.
I placed the order on 18th Oct still not getting clear updates on my order.
PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOME SERVICE, otherwise you will keep on losing your customers.
In response to the answer by owner - How am I suppose to share my contact details when no one from customer service responds.
Here is my order no - 7951VJ , now please deliver my order by 3rd week of November as promised. This is for my mehendi function and I can t have the delivery after the function

Has a good and wide collection of suits, and traditional sarees which include ranges of block prints, tie dye, gota Patti etc. Separate sections for each of the requirements and the staff is helpful and attentive.

Little expensive but good collection of wedding clothes here. Must visit for shopaholics

Great collection of ethnic wear. They have lot of options from light semi formal stuff to really heavy options and bridal wear.

Absolutely a must visit shopping paradise for men or women clothing in Jaipur.

Good collection, cool ambience.. Nice interior.. But we didn't purchased anything as neither pictures nor video calling is allowed. We have to buy suits for someone who is not in Jaipur and without pic sharing or video calling how we can show and select the best of my choices. Management should think about it... If a competitor wants, he can take pics by many means.

Bad service. Not enough people to help you. I am not there to spend my whole day. This place is so crowded that people have no time to fold old clothes which were shown to previous shoppers. It was not fun shopping there.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I made an online purchase for 3 items 7 months ago with a delivery promise of within 3 weeks. 1 item was a Palazzo set that was delivered without the pants when I inquired as it said complete set on the website along with pictures, they said its their mistake that they didn't update it correctly. Item 2, they sent me a wrong size and item 3, worst of all they never delivered it at all (even till date) saying its still unavailable. When asked for a refund over several emails, they chose to remain silent. Neither did I get my dress yet nor the refund, such a trash this company is. Not worth a star nor our money.

Beautiful collection of ladies party wear, traditional garments, unique and pretty marriage material.

Huge collection of suits and sarees spread across 3 floors. We ended up quite a lot of them looking at the new designs and collections.

Extremely unprofessional with respect to on time order delivery date as well as the language used by customer care to explain the same.

Its a nice place for traditional shopping. If you want designer kurti then i recommend its a nice place for it. Its kind of expensive though..!

I ordered from the store and the product I received was totally different. A wrong product had been send , and they don't even have the courtesy to pick up the call and solve the problem . I was suppose to gift it to my mother on her birthday and when I opened the parcel , the product was totally different from what I ordered. Being such a reputed brand such kind of confusion is not at all expected. You only can promise bug but can't deliver it. Truly disappointed by the horrible service. I don't think I will ever be again shopping from this place.

It was the worst mistake to order from this website. I had placed an order 1.5 months back and still awaiting delivery of the product. After having shipment issues 2 times, they are still not able to provide me an update on my order. I have been contacting them multiple times each day but its such a shame that they are not even responding. Their customer service is pathetic. I regret doing an expensive prepaid order as my money is stuck. They have no idea if/when they can deliver my order. I'd never recommend anyone to order from this website.

Average quality collection.. they seemed over priced

Worst service ever! They take online order and after dont give a damn about your order. They wont reply to you on whatsapp service and nor will intimate you anything if your order shipment is late. I haven t experienced worst service that this. Dont ever buy from them online. You will regret it badly.

Horrible experience at vasansi. Being such a big shopping arcade the staff was rude and had zero courtesy. We came from Delhi to shop from here and the staff made us wait for half n hour without attending or acknowledging us. While the other visitors who came after us were acknowledged, they shopped and went and we were waiting for our turm. Unfortunate for the store that they lost a very loyal and genuine customer due to their irresponsible staff.

Wonderful store for ethnic wear..I got all my dresses for all the function of my sister's wedding..i loved it!! Excellent service, good staff...worth a visit if there is wedding around the corner!!

Suggested by a friend, the space has a large variety of textile work that the city is famous for. I was asked to not click any photos as they aren't allowed. The salesperson was also kind enough to relay some history about lecherous and bandhNi being the trendsetting Rajasthani landmarks. It is a beautiful store.

A nice saree store which offers fantastic choices for traditional Rajasthani apparel as well as other facets of textiles. It has good shopping for clothes spread over four floors. The apparel is women oriented with no menswear at all. There is a healthy traditional and western mix of clothes available. They prepare the clothing and deliver home or hotel as desired. Outstation courier of goods purchased is also possible. Only issue is that they accept only VISA cards. No AMEX or MasterCard. So be prepared. And no discounts are available at all

Very bad exp ....they are working like sarkari dukan ...for delivering a suit they are asking for 28 working day ....and no responses on what's up ....very bad service .....before order should have mentioned the way they count 28 working day ....it is like order now and wear next year...pathetic

Purchased worth 500000 of stuff from vasansi for my marriage. When I came afterwards for minute alterations due to weight issues, they rudely refused that they do not provide any after sales service. I even told them that they can charge me for the alterations. But i was told that they just believe in selling and not providing any after sales service.

The stuff here is good but the staff need's training to be polite and generous with the customer .

Worst experience of shopping online from this site ... First of all they take a lot a time to deliver the product I have placed an order 1.5 month back they got the product delivered after 1 month and that too with the wrong colour and shade there is a huge difference in colour and quality of products shown on the site and delivered .. also there is no one to attend to your queries online they just send vague mails... Horrible online shopping site ...
