I ordered from the store and the product I receive...

I ordered from the store and the product I received was totally different. A wrong product had been send , and they don't even have the courtesy to pick up the call and solve the problem . I was suppose to gift it to my mother on her birthday and when I opened the parcel , the product was totally different from what I ordered. Being such a reputed brand such kind of confusion is not at all expected. You only can promise bug but can't deliver it. Truly disappointed by the horrible service. I don't think I will ever be again shopping from this place.
