Pathetic experience. NEVER shop from Vasansi online store. After doing payment and placing order, you get to see there terrible customer service.
They do not respond or update you on your order.
I placed the order on 18th Oct still not getting clear updates on my order.
PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOME SERVICE, otherwise you will keep on losing your customers.
In response to the answer by owner - How am I suppose to share my contact details when no one from customer service responds.
Here is my order no - 7951VJ , now please deliver my order by 3rd week of November as promised. This is for my mehendi function and I can t have the delivery after the function
