Had a bad experience, had to ask multiple times to show anything or get anything tried, even though the salesmen were free. They had a good collection, but whats the point? This has happened twice, now there will never be a next time.

Pathetic customer service. Seriously disappointed with the brand ! If you can not handle the online store why did you open at the first place. I have been requesting from long time to send my piece early as I need it for my engagement but not these people dont bother to do extra effort and help the genuine customer. Wish could have seen the reviews here before placing the order.

Their dresses are good, expansive but fitting tailors are horrible. First they made my dress extra tight , could not wear in wedding party. Later after multiple request they made it correct size but put extra low quality zip which broken at time of first use. Stitches came out. Beware before purchase.

Very bad sales staff ........They treat u as u are a thief and have come just for a time pass........The staff is not at all interested in showing u any stuff......They just gather all together and make fun of you.......The lady at the ground floor section is most rude and ill mannered.......Even after SHOPPING for 40000 their behaviour was very rude.......The worst Sales Staff i have seen at any store.......If u have any self respect and dont want to get insulted kindly dont visit VASANSI.....Dnt waste ur money here instead try any other better store........ Moreover the quality of their stuff is also very bad......My wife's tailer refused to stitch the blouse of her 25000rs lehnga as the material of the blouse was very thin and it could get teared very easily.......So overall its a waste spending any money at VASANSI JAIPUR....

Good place to buy dresses for wedding. However only for females.

Horrible staff they have, they make falei promises and dress is not delivered even after 45 days and full payment has been taken by these frauds, seriously you have applied the name of vasansi ....
