Hi, I joined Vaps knowledge Pvt. Ltd. as a faculty worked 3 years full time, I had a wonderful experience, I learnt a lot of things , I like the work culture of the company, they provide training to us every year, evaluate knowledge ,take review meetings regularly ,eventually hike in salary based of performance, company provide good support . And my suggestion is follow company rules and regulations accordingly. And I strongly recommend to join this company.

Very Unprofessional People. First they mail me for network engineer interview, but when I go there they said we don't have any job requirement right now.
I hav attend interview .they Gav time 2pm.no HR came and asked about the details.at 5.45pm.hr called.they waited me more than 4hours.they will not bother about persons who came for interview s.after HR round they gav me to do test in computer.but not available.next day again called .I attended.the same Story repeat waiting.waiting.final round was with md I reached at 12.30.md round taken at 5pm.it is reduculos.... MD was no.respect giving for ladies.pls don't join this company.
It is one of the worst company in which I have attented interview so far. No ethics and no value for the people's time. I went for MD's round and they made me wait from 11:30 am till 4:30 pm. I waited almost 5 hrs. Talking about MD, he has lot of attitude issue and he don't even smile, he's just like a stone. Whosoever go in this company please make a choice or decision then attend the interview. One positive thing is that,the office environment is good and that is the only quality i found, else it's just 0 value company from my perspective.

OMG, Is really a company, I think it is a system of the rulebook where all the One-way rules passed. Two years bond and submit your two original certificates. No promotion/increment within contract duration. Guys, Don't waste your time and money to come to this low-grade company. Initial Communication was good on call, they called me for F2F round, I reached to office, unfortunately receptionist asked me to leave for the day without interview or any proper communication. I asked for reason, no response. I did not expect this from great organisation. I feel even HR must value the time of candidate, Learnings. Much better offer is waiting for me .

Don't think it's a place or a company to work in. I am an experienced professional and I was recruited there as a regional manager sales. I faced with such an unpleasant and a nonprofessional atmosphere there that I lost all my self confidence in just 100 days. Never pledge your certificates with the company. You will repent it later. You will not get a releaving letter after you leave. Pathetic place to work.

This is regarding the terrible experience with Vaps Technosoft. If you want to join this company you need to sign a bond of 2 years along with that any one educational certificate you have to submit. They are very unprofessional especially the MD of the company, he behaves rude and unprofessional. I have attended interview for Digital marketing/SEO specialist role and it was pathetic. The interviewer who took the technical round doesn t know anything about SEO/Digital marketing. Salary is too less as per the industry standards.

Went for interview , reached@ 3:00pm afternoon , met HR manager. Was done with round & they said to meet MD from 3:45 pm to 5:30 pm no initiative taken for further process, when checked with HR they said to wait . This was disappointed and they don't give value for time candidate interview. Candidates has to wait for atleast halfday. Kindly don't waste time . please look into different job.

I completed my 2 years served my noticed period, Clear all the HR exit formality, But they Blocked my last Dec salary, My All the Original Docs, Also lost the job because of they holding my relieving letter. In the last 2 years 8 IT managers join and left I seen in the VAPS. Also Vaps tried to Spoil their Carriers, But they fought and win. If you wanted Spoil your carrier, Vaps is the best company for you to destroy your carrier. It is not a company, It is fraud agency for cheating people. Be Aware before join.

I had attended a interview for the post of hardware and networking system engineer all round's over and they called me and said I have been selected,next day there was no response from the hr such a stupid company I have not seen ever please don't waste your time attending interview there.

This company has work delegated to different departments but it's administered by one man. This company runs on a one man show. There is no scope for innovative thinking and dynamic work ethics. It may look like a good company but so does the White House with Trump's cabinet members. In the name of company policy, this company hasn't not once in all the 15 months that I have worked payed my salary as per annexure and I can claim this with proof. Company contributes only 9% compared to the 50% from other service based companies. Finally, MD Mr. Siddesh has a lot of anger management issues when it comes to correcting his employees. He lacks empathy in his leadership qualities. If you agree hit a like!
I got an email for interview. The HR scheduled without even calling in to know if I would be able to reach since I was from different state. Email also states mandatory to submit 10th certificate and semester marksheet. I wish the government would do something about such blatant confinement of candidates by private companies. As an experienced professional my advice to freshers or anyone is to stay away from this or any companies who demand control over you by using such tactics as leverage. No wonder the company has such poor reviews. Wannabe CEO, shut the shop man!

Very bad experience. 2 years contract. Spent more than 4 hrs waiting to attend interview. No value of candidates time. They need expert in 5 lac pa also HR said budget is 7-8 lac later they changed in half :) Personally not recommended- if you don t get job then try here.
Worse company ever. All the pics posted are fake and they don't know how to treat people. Hr will make you wait for more than1 hour and will ask for original certificates and documents and 2 years bond with no pay. She can tell this on phone and wouldn't have wasted my one day.
