Nicolas Tye is an outstanding architect. We instructed them to help us design an extension to our home with some internal work to the original house. Planning has just been submitted and we are very excited about the design of our new home. As with most projects there were changes but Nicolas and his team were very accommodating and flexible in their approach. This is the first time we ve embarked on a project of this size and NTA are highly professional and guided us through it all. I think it would have daunted us but with Nicolas and his team s exception knowledge, creativity and vision we know we can build our dream home. Thank you Nicolas Tye architects for making it a reality. Highly recommend this exceptional architectural practice.

Gladstone House is one of Nicolas Tye's first solo projects and is a true reflection of his passion for design and his architectural genius. Our plot in the Chiltern Hills presented Nicolas with a wealth of challenges including a steep incline, east facing, long but narrow dimensions and beautiful views. From the moment we saw the first concept drawing we were blown away by the skill in which the design maximised all aspects of the plot but also incorporated such exciting and beautiful elements.

Nicolas and his team guided us through the whole process from planning to tender to detailed design drawings up to the end of the build. We rigidly kept to the original design and are now blessed with a stunning, modern and timeless house that we plan to enjoy for many more years to come.

Nicolas Tye helped give us confidence to pursue our dream project. The design phase was handled by their Bedford office, where the lead architect for our project developed some exciting designs and help us realise our design goals and helped structure plans for delivery within our budget. The lead architect was with us every step of the way, supporting us throughout the design process, listening to our ideas, the tender & contract negotiations.

Delivery of the construction phase of our project was managed by NTA s Birmingham office. The lead architect there managed builder relations through to completion of the works. They were also able to lend their expertise in consulting with other linked projects occurring alongisde the main project, such as landscaping, which meant we had a more consistent wholistic design approach to make our home right for our family. As a first timer doing such major home improvements, NTA were invaluable in helping us through the experience, made it feel achievable from day one, delivered an exciting space that our friends and family continue to enjoy whenever they come to stay... NTA were a valuable partner for us. They bring something exciting to a project, while providing reassurance that they will be there for you to see it through.

Nicolas Tye Architects are well renowned for their innovative approach to architectural design. We have worked alongside them on many projects including Westlands House (3D Visuals shown here of the house & landscape) and have always found them to be highly creative, professional and knowlegeable. They have excellent planning knowledge, but the reason we love working with them is that they are truly innovative in their approach to architecture.

We have worked with NTA as their lighting consultant on a good few projects now. I always look forward to designing their projects as the design and consideration applied to each project is really impressive which makes designing and implanting a lighting scheme a pleasure.
