Rooms are fine and noisy. Inside place looks a bit like a prison but hotel looks clean and well cared for .. food and breakfast comparable to other van der volk hotels. Operation in the evening was messy.

Van der valk has never disappointed us in terms of food. Ridderkerk therefore not. Operation took a little too long for recording, but it was busy. Food is good. Comfortable furniture. Parking free despite barrier.

Ideal location for a hotel just outside Rotterdam and easily accessible.

Very neat hotel, good rooms, friendly staff

After my experience at van der Valk in Nieuwerkerk, my expectation was not that high. But I was positively surprised. A perfectly prepared lamb rack. Very tasty food. And the service extremely friendly.

Excellent and adequate hotel. Clean room, great bed and good breakfast. For a business stay it is good enough.

Food great shame that they do not often come to drink.

Here on Easter Monday with the three of them being lunches. Very friendly service. And despite the crowds, our excellent lunch was quickly on the table. A big compliment !!!

We are staying one night as part of a road trip. Even very late we received a very good welcome, room very well equipped and very clean, varied choice and fresh product at breakfast, to recommend without moderation!

Twice at the Van der Valk restaurant tried to have lunch. A few months ago, the service was briefly bad. Then we had to wait over an hour before someone came to ask if we (2 people) wanted something to eat.

Today another attempt to have lunch at the restaurant. Unfortunately also this time I passed by several times without being addressed, despite the fact that I was practically in the aisle with my table companion. Finally decided to leave the restaurant, due to this poor service.

The food may be fantastic, but the service is far below what you expect from Van der Valk!

It is fancy. I think what you get for your money is too expensive. It is good food but overpriced. Also, the old waiter who acts grumpy against customers may be a bit nicer.

Reception is heart warming, excellent for dessert. Main course was disappointing, weak vegetables and lukewarm rice. Unfortunately!

Tonight at Hotel restaurant Van der Valk Ridderkerk we received a 3-course menu with drinks for FREE with our family and supporters! Great food and certainly enjoyed the excellent service.
Our compliments and certainly also to Cindy the front-office manager who arranged all this for us.

Wij zijn ivm 60ste trouwdag schoonouders in het van der Valk geweest voor een buffet. Alles was prima geregeld : leuke zaal, lekker eten en vriendelijke bediening.

Good food nice service free parking therefore we will use this location more often for our appointments.

Great place to eat, but few vegetables. Little choice for vegetarians.
Charging points for electric cars almost always occupied. Only the fast-loading area, which may be used for a maximum of 30 minutes, is not.
