Nice big restaurant that looks very good.
Food was always liked.
At Christmas there is always a mega Christmas tree that makes everything so attractive.

The food was not to eat The potatoes that we were told they were fried potatoes, but they were just boiled, which were just as quickly baked in an oil. I ask for vegetables. Was only in a small bowl of red cabbage that I don't find myself eating. Fifteen minutes later when you are almost finished eating broccoli with which you can throw someone's head in. Just rock hard which also learns controlled by the floor manager and who also gave me the same and there are still a lot of things but late I just stop because otherwise the food is worthless sorry

The hotel room was good, only at the bar I asked for a mojito, the bartender couldn't make it because it was too busy last night. Never experienced this.

Being brunch for my mother's birthday. During live and cooking they make a nice dessert presentation if you have something to celebrate. Wide choice of dishes both hot and cold. We went out the door very satisfied!

Spaciously designed hotel and restaurant. We have only been in the restaurant. Wide choice on their menu. And also adhere well to RIVM rules.

Today the Christmas dinner buffet consumed at van der Valk. For the extra price I also expected some more extras, but unfortunately the range was not much different than the normal dinner buffet.
Neat reception, service was good. Unfortunately, the live cooking dishes were disappointing, especially the venison steak, which was far from medium but in fact it was just raw for 4 of the six guests, which was confirmed by the table service. The fries were tasteless and not well done and the rendang tasted more chemically than Indian spiced.
The sushi was disappointing, it was a bit dry and came out of the fridge so much too cold.
The salmon was very good and there was a wide choice of desserts.
Unfortunately, I find the higher price charged for this Christmas buffet not in accordance with the quality and consider going elsewhere for Christmas next year.
