Beautiful location. Good and fast service. Nice welcome from the staff.

Good food. Friendly service only the cappuccino was terrible. A lot of milk and no firm foam.

Excellent hotel rooms. Spacious, good bed and clean bathroom! Wonderful that there is an outside seating area.

Had three great days in this nice hotel in a beautiful wooded area. The room was fine and the beds deserve a generous amount; mattress could have been a bit softer (personally). The Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only point of criticism is that at night in the restaurant there were few options on the menu and that I had secretly hoped that the next evening we would get a different menu with different choices; good food by the way! Incidentally, I could charge my electric car right in front of the door so that we could start the return journey with a full battery. All in all, we would love to come back here!

Dogs allowed on the terrace and received a water bowl for the dog. Good service.

the bed was very uncomfortable. The food is really bad. Be careful with the blocking of security deposit of your credit card. After paying my bill, I asked the staff to communicate to their master card transaction handling bank that they have no use for that money anymore. They totally refused to do it. As a consequence my bank hold the deposit for a long period of time.
I would not recommend this hotel.

It was very busy since it was Easter. It was very hot and the food not of the usual quality. If this had been my first experience with van der Valk, I would not have returned here.

Van der Valk visited Eemnes last week and was wildly enthusiastic about the service and food. Now tried closer to home at the Biltsche Hoek. What a drama. It started with a goat cheese sandwich with honey. The lettuce on both the sandwich and on the plate were completely faded, without dressing and a sad piece of tomato and dried cucumber slice. The goat cheese completely dried out and old. The baguette was not cooked until it was cooked, with the middle still completely raw. At my friend's mussels, super small. No fries, which we had to ask for. The sauces came directly from a bucket and were not tasty. One of the ministry was wearing an uncoated shirt and dirty pants. The tables were not clean, dirty dishes were still everywhere. What a terrible disappointment. A restaurant where they must be ashamed that they dare to serve this. I even felt sorry for the wait staff.

Nice room. Swimming pool big enough but dated Kids aged 8yrs and 6yrs loved it.

It is situated near a mini city forest. A good afternoon walk is easy to do here.

Cozy good restaurant great food good service and attentive

Today had a family reunion, about 40 adults and 7 small children. The mothers were immediately surprised with a bottle of champagne wT was particularly appreciated. The children were well looked after, colored pencils and coloring pages. The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice surprises were made for the little ones. So a very successful brunch, compliments! Ria and Ronald Oosterbaan.

Nice location, only someone from the ministry spoke poor Dutch. Something that in my opinion does not fit within the picture of "van der Valk".

Had lunch there with a business relation. Food and service were great. Restaurant itself is dated.

Top location on the forest with plenty of parking places. Building is dated however the rooms are not! They are very neat. New, clean and luxurious. Nice bathrooms. Nice service

With a nice company we were served a fantastic reception here, followed by a nice cold and hot buffet. It was well cared for!

Worthless! While van der Valk was known for reasonable prices and generous portions, there is now a total change. Mini portions and generous prices. Just ordered a schnitzeltje 18.50 euros !!. And indeed got a mini schnitzel with 1 potato round, did not know that such small pigs exist. 1 small bowl of lukewarm potatoes and fries with 3 people, funny, a young lady on her own next to us got the exact same amount. And then the apple sauce, delicious bowl of water and, oh, some crushed apples. Service grumpy, not interested in service. Beforehand a cup of onion soup with Parmesan cheese, haha, the word Parma was right, only that did not come from the cheese that you had to look for with a loupe. Bland of taste and also not hot, piece of baguette had a nice "bite", like that of baguette that is a month old. Well this "copious" dinner but ended with sorbet Royal. Scoops of ice filled with large pieces of ice crystals, no passion fruit or , but the crown .... no exceptionally bad experience with this Van der Valk, where I honestly have to admit that I ate here 3 years ago well.

There was a little delay at the late night check in and having to carry bags down the stairs was ok but the room compensated all that, could have played tennis in the room was so spacious. Super comfortable bed.

The Valk Hotel Biltschehoek is located at a major expressway towards Utrecht and near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug Woods.
The rooms are renovated recently and fully equipped with AC, box spring beds, TV and a proper bath room. I have slept in rooms all across the hotel and the WiFi reception is good.
The hotel features an indoor swimming pool and has a decent restaurant.
The service is good. The desk can assist with all types of enquiries and handles complaints well, however during peak times, service sometimes takes too long too help.

The hotel is perfect in this price range. Very good reception staff, great people for the rooms. It is very clean. Every time again and also around 25 percent of smokers are appreciated. Balcony with mounted ashtray. Bravo

Good food. Really a very tasty tomato soup! And a preserved duck leg. Hmm! The waiter was also very nice and welcoming. It is a shame he did not comment on half a portion of dessert. That had made my experience a 10.

Very friendly welcome, they take time for the guest. Service in the bar and restaurant very attentive and helpful. Rooms are very good.

Nice clean hotel with good restaurant. The double beds, with their old Federkernmatratzen and Besucherritze, leave something to be desired.

The hotel staff was very profesional and lovely. We celebrated our grandmothers 80th birthday and had fantastic food. I would recommand this to anyone who apperciates good food and very good staff.

Great place to have a drink. The swimming pool is also open to users from outside the hotel.

We had our bikes with us we enjoyed immensely, great beds, an excellent breakfast, delicious food and they are all equally friendly, we say DO !!
