Good food. NO Air conditioning, Not pleasant with this heat inside

Good location where you can have a meeting with a customer or supplier.

Tasty and affordable food has been coming for years

The coffee machine and the kettle in the room I find ideal. I myself like the facilities and this Van Der Valk only has a swimming pool. You can easily go to Zeist or Utrecht by bus. De Bilt is 5 minutes away and there are some small shops. For the rest, I find the room nice bathroom bath and shower separately in this room 301.

Reasonable salmon fillet for 19.50. What was downright annoying was that we had to wait a long time for the bill. Walking to the counter yourself didn't really help.

Location is close to Utrecht and near the A27 and A28 highways. Friendly staff and good small scale conference facilities.

We were treated very unprofessionally upon arrival on Prinsjesdag at 5.00 pm.
Our booking was missing, no more rooms, only a room for 162 for 1 night. We refused it so we could leave.
Arrived home on our voicemail, the apologies, nevertheless found.
Unfriendly staff, too inhospitable to greet you, never again.

The room was very nice, like in any other renovated?/new van der Valk hotel. Diner at the restaurant is also very good. Great portions and well cooked.

We liked a nice place where we sat. We made reservations for about 10 people. We made a reservation to have a drink. They had reported that pastries might be consumed. They reserved 10 pastries. We disagreed. It was also more or less assumed that payments were made collectively. We think this does not fit the image that the customer is king .. but I do not have a pain device. Food was delicious, good value for money. Service was sublime, we were treated nicely, the staff were alert and pleasant.

Today when booking a table I was unpleasantly surprised by an employee who made the remark "then not" to the question on my part why she wanted to know my place of residence. Why couldn't the employee say. That was only possible with the second telephone call. I canceled the reservation. Apparently things are going well again.

We regularly go there for a coffee with cake. For 9 you have 2 coffee with cake.

Although with a classic British look with lots of dark brown wooden panels, this hotels meeting facilities and staff are of excellent quality, for those rooms equipped with wide screen monitors.

Unfriendly staff, if you ask a question you have to check with other servers yourself. They send you from one to the other. After standing in the lobby for 15 minutes where I was not allowed to stand before, my question was answered. That which was even more disappointing. And if you wish them a good evening, you will see them making excuses to assist you. Very unprofessional

Easy if you have a meeting along the highway but noisy and we were bothered by flies ....

Accessibility thick primary, rooms the same and excellent terrace on the side to enjoy a nice night on your laptop :)
