Bit dated for one of the falcons. Service is nice, sir the restaurant manager needs a new suit is a bit sloppy. Organization may be a little tighter but my preference. I am also used in other van der valks that something is baked during lunch. This was not the case here

Very good service. We had a table inside and we asked if we could be seated outside which was no problem. They helped us rather fast with our order, the waiters are dressed nicely and are very nice

Very good price for the facilities. Clean, nice toilet, swimming pool. Is outside the city but with the bus is easy and fast.
Enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a drink. Nice place to relax after a nice walk in the woods. Only seen the toilets inside, they were neat and clean. What people ate around us looked good.

Good hotel. We visited it because of the attractive price of the pool. But apparently that is only possible with a subscription in the future. That will cost 1 star in any case.
Were a little early but room was only half an hour. Clean rooms with a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Towels may be a bit thicker from me but that is personal.
Great place for consultation. How cumbersome to find the right entrance and toilets are very far away.

The Christmas dinner at Van der Valk in De Bilt was not good in terms of price / quality ratio. Upon entering we hardly saw any Christmas decorations. Only some wreaths hung against the windows. So not really a Christmas atmosphere.
The dishes on the menu looked promising on the menu, but were in reality on the moderate side. Example: the carpaccio was not refined enough. The meat was a bit too thick and the dressing on the poor side. It was suggested on the menu that coffee was included at the end of the dinner with the accompanying bonbons, but had to be settled separately.
For the total amount to be settled, we found that the delivered goods were not special enough for Christmas Day.

Great hotel, stayed twice and no complaints at all, nice rooms, good food and reasonably priced. It's a little out of town but with good bus service.
The location looks old and unkempt. An upgrade is definitely recommended

The hotel is a bit remote if you come from Utrecht on foot or by bike, but other than this it was a very pleasant stay!
Very nice and large rooms with a beautiful walk-in shower and fantastic extras! From a super large bed, seats, extensive coffee package and a large walk-in shower to an extra large television.
In my opinion, the swimming pool in the hotel had some flaws such as that there are no towels available and the small changing rooms, there is some improvement possible here .. but the super friendly service (at the reception) made this all super fine! The old lift could also be in need of replacement.
At breakfast first received a little rude by the present lady, but I think because of the early morning rush .. a pity. The cheese was also a bit dried out (from the day before?) .. But the fact that the breakfast was super extensive makes up for this!
Again I want to emphasize the super friendly service and the fact that they are super helpful!

Nice hotel, close to a large nature reserve. The city of Utrecht is very easily accessible by public transport.
Beautiful place, the rooms are clean and beautiful. The restaurant is a bit expensive but the food was very good and waitresses were beautiful, the staff was very friendly. If you need a place to stay in Utrecht, you should come here.
As always at the van der valk restaurants also good food here. Despite the crowds, quickly helped by friendly staff. Only the location remains a downside.

I only ate here, didn't sleep. I think it's moderate. Bread in advance (with herb butter) was served at the same time as the soup. The honor itself was good. Nothing to complain about, but also not special. Then the tea that was in old, decrepit and rancid pots. Very dirty. With the black tea it was as if the tea on the inside of the lid was growing. I was done with it.
