Can't believe in the middle of a great show by Jeff Dunham I was hoping the show would be over. We were smashed in like sardines. Those seats weren't made for adults. I will never go to another show there!

Nice place. I've mostly been there for WWE live events. Door staff can be a bit of as hassle, but the on site police were more nice than the door staff.

On the night of September 3, 2018 WWE Monday Night Raw, my son and I's visit was truly impressive: I was amazed at how well everyone was treated, the street people were kept at a distance from the rest of the crowd and all the staff in the Schottenstein Center were some of the nicest people anyone could have ever met. I great upgrade in a positive manner than my son and I's last visit. Thanks for your time. ^^

Absolutely Loved our experience here! I took my daughter to see Lana Del Rey on her Birthday. The staff was absolutely Amazing. We received upgraded seats for my daughters birthday. Cindy and Donnie from guest services made our whole evening. We live in Cincinnati and we will definitely be back!! Thank you again!!

My first time at this venue was to see Metric and The Smashing Pumpkins. I have to day the sound was amazing and the staff friendly. Here's MY issue though: if you are taller than maybe 5'8", you are not going to be comfortable. I'm a big dude, I'm 6' 7.5" and my legs could have got flat on the seat in front of me with my knees clearing the seat back. I physically could not fit behind the row in front of me. And this was section 104 on the lower level, not like nosebleeds or anything. So our usher was very nice and sent us to guest services and they moved my wife and I to disabled seating. They hadn't been sold so i didn't feel bad about taking a seat away from someone with a disability. I thought that was a very body positive and forward thinking move on the Schottenstein Center's part. The lady who moved my wife and I (I was allowed one person to move with me! ) was a little salty, but that has to be am irritating job, dealing with drunk concert goers and whatnot. Anyway, fair warning if you're anywhere approaching tall, you may want to double check with the venue before you go. I don't think I can stress enough how LITTLE room there was in those seats. But other than that we had a great time and the seats they moved us to were killer!

If you can fit in the seats without being crippled by the seat in front of you, or the useless cup holder crammed into your knee space, you must be 5 foot 2 and 14 inches wide.

Went for a James Taylor concert, and I'll do my best to never have to visit this cash cow again. I can cause little effect on their bottom line, but if more people would boycott the seating practices of these arenas they would change.

Ohio State really dropped the ball on this one. They wanted to have the only modern arena in Columbus...little did they know that Nationwide Arena would be built downtown only a few years later. This arena no longer serves a useful purpose. They host OSU basketball and men's ice hockey, and some concerts whenever Nationwide Arena is already booked or they negotiate a better deal. But it has to be the most simple, boring and quiet arenas in all of college basketball. There is not character to it. Just two large bowls, one lower and one upper. You can hear a pin drop during games. Hockey games usually only have a few people and even basketball struggles to draw crowds. They should have built an ice house for the hockey team and basketball arena for the hoops team. I'd prefer that they just go back to playing at St. John Arena; that was a REAL basketball venue.

The seats could be much more comfortable! Those seats with a 3 hour graduation make for irritable parents!! It also frustrates the graduates as well. They want to be set free to roam each others parties. There also need to be an area for Graduate only parking as well as clear signs for the handicap to park. Also, more concession stands should have been open throughout the evening. This will help with crowd control. Lastly, there should have been clear instructions as to where to go after the ceremony, to find our Graduate! Hopefully this helps the next class

Saw my all time favorite band (for 2nd time ever) here this past summer. Staff was extremely friendly, they took photos of fans with bands background etc. Venue was EXCELLENT! I had great floor seats, but I'm only 5'2 so I really appreciated the positioning of the stage and the height. Sound quality was amazing. All around a great time- I highly recommend this venue to any artist or fan! Truly.

Beer is a little over-priced, as expected. The arena is HUGE and never had an issue. They do a great job with the shuttles to the parking lot so getting in and out is easy. Never had a bad time at any basketball or hockey game or any concerts

Saw Andrea Boccelli he was awesome . The downfall was definitely parking although the shuttle buses did kept the lines moving. In spaces marked handicap there were VIP's cars in those spaces. I dont think posted handicap spaces should be used by VIP'S there is a reason why the handicap spaces were made. Maybe they need to make a designated area for VIP

Went to see Breaking Benjamin and Korn. Great show, enough vendors that you waited 5 minutes tops for beverages and food, parking was easy and so was exiting. Only complaint is the seats aren t the greatest as far as comfort, but we stood 90 percent of the time so it didn t matter!

It's a good venue... I've been here for games, concerts, and shows (pictured below is Disney's Frozen on Ice), and the venue works well for all of them. Only reason I don't give it 5 starts is there's nothing outstanding about it... But there's also nothing really bad.

Good place for an event.

Good place for an event.
I've seen concerts, sports, and now Cirque De Solei(2017) here.

I would never say this is a great sound venue. I will say that some shows must have an excellent sound team to make it sound so great. Others, not so much.

As a sports venue, it can be a deafening amount of noise. If you get the opportunity to sit, you will enjoy the padded seats in the tiered riser sections. Folding padded chairs are also around for the Handicap area's. This is where the person accompanying a wheelchair guest would sit. Those seating spots have to be requested when purchasing tickets. They are mostly first tier middle. Pretty much on the same level as the confession/bathroom venue entrances. I cannot speak to the second level seats, because it has been years since I was up there.

Bathrooms have always been clean. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. There is a variety of food to choose from. I never saw a cleanliness or sanitary food handling flaw with any of them. Of course there is a premium price to pay for these goods.

Several outdoor patio's are well marked for the smokers in your group.

Parking is a hit & miss thing. Lot's of event parking attendants to guide you safely to a spot. Put the phone down and pay attention. Don't hurt someone crossing right in front of you to the venue.

The whole place is great, smaller than Nationwide but big enough for an A-list band or performer. The 3rd story smoking section is secretly AMAZING at the Schott... the view of downtown is great and if you go out during a set change with the crowd the collective body heat keeps you warm even in January! Drinks are stand concert pricing. Beer is $9 and water is $4 a bottle, also, you can't bring drinks from outside so if you have one at the metal detectors you'll have to throw it away.
