I have been to The Schottenstein Center on numerous occasions for many events such as school graduations, concerts, and various other activities. The event itself can have an affect on your experience due to the rules set by promoter and The Schottenstein Center can not be held accountable for those decisions or for the actions of others attending an event.
What you can expect when going to The Schottenstein Center is a large venue that is well planned, very easy to navigate, and has clean restrooms that are conveniently located. It is built without annoying obstructions so that any seat has an open view to all of the action. It contains many vendors for food, drinks, and merchandise. Parking is easily available, but is usually on a first come basis, so it can be limited depending on how many people show up to any given event. Excess parking is also available nearby and shuttle buses are available for most events. The Schottenstein Center is a great place to go see an event or hold one if you need a venue that can accommodate a large number of guests.

Great venue! Sound was good, no bad seats. Prices for concessions? Terrible. $4.50 for a hot dog, $7 for a piece of pizza, $9 for chicken tenders. And you're not allowed to bring in your own snacks.

What a great venue! It's a bit of a labrynth getting to where you need to be once inside, but that's really the facility's only shortcoming. And that could be fixed with some additional signage. The bussing to and from the Buckeye Lot is phenomenal, well organized and executed. The building is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Concessions are convenient all around, and the arena layout is fantastic! Not a bad seat in the house! Highly recommend!

We were just a few rows off the court for the women's game against Nebraska. It was definitely an enjoyable time! The Schottenstein Center is really well maintained and designed, plenty of parking nearby and there is plenty of security personnel to make the process of going through security a little less of a pain. Attendants are always very helpful and polite, which is a rarity in a lot of other sporting venues.

Saw John Mayer here. He was great. My seats were fabulous. We had an amazing event staff member who talked with us, joked with us, and made us feel like family by the time the concert was over. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing night listening to Joe Rogan. Super easy to park, quick to get in, security and vendors were all polite and pleasant, ushers were quick and kind, seats easy to find. And when we left, we had a separate exit from our parking lot, which got us out really fast. In and out. Great experience from start to finish!

So usually have a very good experience here but tonight not so much. Show hasn't even started and accosted by usher about needing to see our tickets. Now normally don't mind showing tickets but if someone else says that we are in the wrong seats don't you think you should check their tickets to make sure they are in the right section to begin with? Smh. Unnecessary drama. Just so you know this review has nothing at all to with show. Very disappointed with standard operating procedures.
