Was an awesome experience. Went to Weezer and The Pixies concert here. Was very awesome..

Atmosphere is energetic and plenty of seats! Cool shop inside too!

Even though they closed our section the did upgrade our seats. Great venue and proud to see the Buckeyes Banners hanging all around. Go Buckeyes!

Has 3 truck docks. Tight blind side with a 53 foot trailer

Have been here for numerous events. Typically has free parking and shuttle to and from. Stadium is typical with seating so be aware some sections are a tight squeeze.

Worked parking outside for Lumineers concert. The traffic was backed up. Not all 12000 attendees showed up. And it was cold and rainy outside. Almost got frost bite. Didn't leave from outside til close to 8 pm.

There aren't really any bad seats to be had here. Food and drink are costly, but within expectations for stadium food, and pretty tasty.

The only point of complaint is that right behind us during a fairly dark concert performance, the usher kept flashing an LED light for anyone who was entering or leaving. Often she mistakenly activated the strobe feature.

There is already dim lighting on the stairs.

Watched the professional bull riding here some seats were to close couldn't see over the gates, tickets were very pricey at first then dropped the day of which was kind of unfair. Otherwise a nice place.

Nice place and plenty of parking but seriously 10 dollars for popcorn and 4 dollars for a water?

Very impressed that they had seating areas for those with wheelchairs and walkers. Attended a luncheon here 4 my graduating grandson

Finally made it here for a OSU hockey game, great venue for any type of event.

Have sat in every level and never had a bad seat in the arena. We really enjoy going to a ladies basketball game from time to time. Tickets are reasonable and concessions are available as they would be for any other event, but with no lines. A very nice facility with enough food and drink options to keep you satisfied. I've never once encountered a staff member here who wasn't friendly and helpful - a generally underappreciated quality at events like these!

Nice venue for a basketball game. Parking is okay but be prepared to walk a long way as the shuttles are too full. Traffic control can be a little overbearing. Inside is beautifully designed and maintained.

Went to a concert here. All the staff I encountered we're very friendly and helpful. Decent view even from the nosebleed section.

Garth Brooks brought the house down last night! I guess as I get older,there should be two sections to sit in. One for the ones, who came to drink, go to the bathroom and try to talk over the music,one for people to actually watch the concert!

Could have had better accommodations as far as parking for handicapped instead of having to push someone wheelchair bound across 3 parking lots and venues.

Loved my visit here. The parking & staff are wonderful. Excellent special events staff.

I love going to "The Schott" ! We have been there several times for the OHSAA State Basketball Tournament. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you just stand in one place and look confused, someone will help you. Vendors are also friendly. Shuttles are great in case you don't get a close parking spot and they run often. The parking areas are well lit with security and law enforcement vehicles visible.

Fantastic place to watch a game. The facility is clean and we'll taken care of. The staff is very friendly. We had a great time watching the hockey game!

I love the renovations and new open space. The new store is a bit crowded and there isn't much space to move around. The staff are helpful and pleasant. There are more renovations ahead and I'm looking forward to seeing the updates.

Watched wwe had to stand n line froze to death almost n the event sucked

I printed out my tickets and they wouldn't accept them unless they are on your phone. The pretzel were not worth the money you pay for them. Other then that the show was great.

Bruno mars concert was great!security and traffic ran smoothly felt safe.

Spent of few days there for the State Wrestling Tournament. Great place, clean, plenty of restrooms. Food options were good. Seating in the arena is a bit tight. Being a larger sized person, the seats were not that comfortable and very close together. If you are a female gymnast, the seats are perfectly sized and you'll have plenty of room.

Great concert experience. No wait in the ladies room! Which is really saying something. Great view even though we were kind of far from the stage.

Great venue spot, tickets usually aren't too expensive. A good tip is to buy them at the box office to avoid fees.
