Spent hundreds of dollars to take my family of 5 here today only to be disappointed by half the rides either broke down or not running .its ridiculous if I would have known how many rides were actually closed due to hot working or what ever I probably never would have spent the $500 + that I did to go. My kids were extremely excited to do the rides we showed them online and it never happened. Maybe MANAGEMENT needs to address these things on their website so people are aware what's not functioning and then they will know if they want to spend the money or not. Also advertise it all over outside the park as well. I believe management either needs changed or they need to step up their game get this park Cleaned up like it used to be paint , lights , decor , ect .Valleyfair needs UPDATED badly and once that's done and things are newer and nicer maybe the maintenance on things will be a little smoother and ensure the rides will be working properly during the day .Valleyfair Needs the Rite management with the rite crew to make this happen of it does not it will just continue to decline and eventually close like alot of others that have failed due to the same thing POOR MANAGEMENT.Needless to say I wasted my money only to walk around all day to find rides that worked..... very unhappy. Would love to have fees back or even reimbursement on my tickets but I know that wont happen .Worse part about it is we live in MN and I wont be back at this point. Thank you

Some great rollercoasters. Renegade, Wild Thing, and High Roller are my favorite top three. Park has some fun water park features too. Kids loved the wave pool. Park is not too big, not too small, but just right.
Foods ok. Pretty expensive.
Big yellow jacket issues around the soda dispensers when we were there. Don't want to buy that souvenir all-you-can-drink cup when you have to fight off a swarm every time you want a drink. I know it's hard to keep them away from soda, but you got to try to get creative with the pest control.

Fun for all ages. There are rides for little toddlers but there are also many for older kids and teens (adults too). There are many fun rgames and activities to do. Not to mention the awesome waterpark.

For $17 per car the parking lot should have been paved better. I am a veteran so this weekend was free but I definitely have this place out of my system it is quite underwhelming being that I am accustomed to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio

This is such a great place. I bring large groups here three times every summer. The staff is super helpful in making sure we have all we need so we can have a great experience. I will definitely continue to bring groups here.

We had a great time. My lil guy was finally big enough to go on all but 2 rides so one Friday morning we went. He had a blast. We didn't do the water park just the amusement park. Took advantage of the all day drink cup which was nice. I brought a backpack to carry all of our stuff. When you go on the rides you leave it behind on the platforms and no one messed with anyone else's things. We also ordered our tickets online and it gave us a option to get a second pair of tickets for anytime use during regular season for $40. What a deal! When we went there were barley any lines. It was a jam packed ride after ride and a lot of walking day.

Always a great time! No better deal then their season pass with dinning plan. It makes visits affordable. There food is better than expected. Usually lines are not very long so you get to experience a lot every visit.

Love it here. Rides are great (except for delirious), and they do an absolutely fantastic job with lawn and gardens. Everything is well laid out and nice looking especially the liberal use of pavers which were beautifully installed (seriously the installers deserve a bonus). However food and drinks are pretty terrible. Burgers are murdered, pop doesn't taste right... also i waited 30 minutes for a waffle both times at Nordic waffles. Another annoyance is that literally half the speakers are blown, and music choice is pretty poor. Theme parks are supposed to be magical places so the pop music and lousy remixes just don't contribute to the fun. It reminds me of my commute.. :( more house and heavy edm would contribute to the fun atmosphere. But other than those small annoyances the park is fantastic

Very expensive and they put the rides on hold for almost an hour we paid 280 dollars and had to wait too long, parking very expensive in addition to the tickets parking 17.00 dollars ridiculous bad service

Big amusement park with a lot of rides and a large selection of foods. The haunted houses from ValleyScare were pretty cool too, but they definitely have to work on the waiting line system, because you can just walk through the Express lane without having the pass.

My daughter has a free season pass because she is in the range of 3-5 years old. It's a great deal to buy a season pass for myself because it's so cheap. 90 bucks! Can't wait to take my daughter next Sunday for her 3rd time this year!

Valleyfair is always a wonderful place to go especially with family. There are many great rides across the park and convenient amenities. The season passes offer incredible value. They always seem to have a new ride every year as well.

Some cons are that they took out the Imax theater and they only have of first aid station near the back of the park (it's very surprising that they don't have anything in the front).

Overall fantastic experience though!

Pretty good fun, Worth the price. There's always gonna be long lines here. Fast passes are around $50 for the day, so pretty spendy. Would recommend going during the weekend, that way all the rides and restaurants are open.

Some of it is probably nostalgia having been going here since I can remember and now I am 44 years old and have a daughter of my own. Yes it's expensive but not compared to Mall of America in fact it's a bargain compared to Mall of America and many more rides. Park is always clean even the young staff are well-trained and mostly seem to care. I love taking my daughter here!

Worst amusement park ever. Son 47 inches cant ride bumper cars with me???? From the west coast and never the case at Six Flags, Disneyland, Knotts, even Circus circus Adventure. Waist of money if your child doesn't meet their standards regardless of age.

This is a great amusement park to spend a day at. Games, food, rides, etc. My favorite ride is Renegade, I highly recommend it. They also have a new ride now, North Star, which is really fun, essentially a spinning swing ride that goes up 20 stories. Great for family and friends!

First time going here! Water park has sent really great fast slides and the coasters are very fun. The lines were not long at all for a weekday at the amusement park although they did get pretty lengthy for some of the slides. Just imagine what it's like on the weekends...

The best amusement park in Minnesota (or Wisconsin for that matter), I've gone dozens of times over the years. They are always updating, taking out old rides and adding new. It is run by Cedar Fair Amusements, which is nearly as big as Six Flags and is all across the country as well. I recommend getting there at opening and staying until after dark. Also be sure to check out their shows as they always have something going on.

Had a wonderful time. Go early so you don't have to wait in lines for rides. I suggest you buy your parking tickets and a souvenir cup to get free refills all day online, its cheaper. The waterpark is awesome. I suggest to get a cabana if you're staying all day. Plenty of rides for adults and kids. Food was good, you get a variety of selections. Typical prices on food and souvenirs at amusement parks.
