The sales rep (Jimmy Vasquez) was knowledgeable about the Rogue. However, after the purchase was completed, the only thing he went over with me in the vehicle was syncing my phone. He did not highlight any of the things the vehicle had, such as how to use them or, even, whether they were available on the vehicle. After I got home and read the manual, I had to make a list, which I sent him, to find out if certain items or capabilities were available on my Rogue. He responded to that list, as I requested. I realized, again once I got home with the vehicle, that it did not have, for example, the garage door opner capability. I wish I would have been more attentive as Jimmy was working on selling the vehicle to me so that I would have noticed those things. In traded in a Lincoln and would have expected that Jimmy would take note of me liking fancier technology than the Rogue he showed me.
Also, because I was a Costco Auto Program customer, I expected to receive information related to that service. Jimmy never acknowledged that to me.
