Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. Review

This place sucks horribly. After months of call after call they trfuse to stop calling me. At least 5-7 times a week I requested over and over that they stop calling and they refuse to stop.

If you get a call from them claiming that you owe student loans. HANG UP!!!! And contact FedLoans, the FTC, and BBB. These people are liars and trying to steal you money. FedLoans, Sallie Mae, Nelnet, and many other have never heard of these people.

They call and never leave a message. I have no idea who these people are or why they suddenly started calling me.

Harassing us over a family member's debt. We've repeatedly told them to stop and they continue to call us.

Calls multiple times per day claims that they are calling about student loan debt. They have failed to send a bill on numerous occasions. I don't believe them. Reported as Scam to the FTC and BBB. Currently seeking legal action for telephone harassment.

First, I would give 0 stars if I were able to; the only reason they have one is so that I could place a review! I will never deal with this company! The staff is rude and very inconsiderate! Yes, they have a job to do. It is not their job to be asking about the personal details of someone s life and then to be very rude when the information is denied to them. I simply stated that the question they asked was not an appropriate question for them to ask anyone and that it was none of their business. The staff member was then VERY rude! Absolutely unprofessional! I d watch if dealing with them for anything!

This place has been calling me, non stop, asking for some Dahlia something or another, and have told them, several times, to stop calling me and they have "taken me off the calling list", but they haven't. Yet aging I received 2 calls from them today. Answered the second call, only for no one to say anything. Called back, googled the name in the prompt message they have, and some guy answered and hung up on me as soon as I started to speak. Blocked the number and a different number called immediately. Called the new number back and it was this same place, but a lady answered and asked who I was. Tired of these calls constantly.

Trying to collect on a debt that's not their day at refuses to admit that they're not the collection agency that needs to be paid.

Horrible company they lie and need to be investigated. They lie about there hours and need to just go out of business for good.

Another phony debt collector. They call several times a day and never leave a message. I called back from another number and a recorded message asked me to enter the phone number they had been calling. I just said "No". Recording then said "Thank you for calling Valentine $ Kebartas" and a real person answered. I hung up on her! I was forced to give this review one star. Otherwise, I would have given negative 10!!

Continued calls to my home number to collect a debt for someone with the same last name. They have been told before that there is no connection to my home/number and to remove my number!! The next call will be to the attorney generals office. They suck!

I have no idea who these people are but I was charged by them. When I called I was told that when their employee was putting in someone information they may have put in a wrong number. Umm is this not an accounting law firm? Shouldn't you verify that everything is correct before you do anything? I will be filing a report with the BBB maybe they will be shut down soon.

This "business" has been calling me non stop for months now looking for Brenda. I have told them REPEATEDLY that I am not Brenda and to take my number off of their list. They call me from a new number every day. One more call and I will be speaking with the BBB.

If there was an option to not give a single star, that is what I would do!!! This office is so disorganized it is unbelievable. There must be no communication. The account was paid in full as soon as it was placed with this agency, and still almost 2 months later, it still has not be considered satisfied on the credit report. There have been multiple calls on to them and every person that I speak to has a different answer!

While employed at Valentine and Kebartas, a bill collector, Ellen Mufficci, stole over $100.000 from customers of Dell computers. She had the debtors send their fees directly to her, Ellen Mufficc Collections instead of Dell. She did it for years!
Robert Kebartas joined the Big Brother program to train her replacement, it worked.

Scam. Don't even bother with these idiots. Unless you want to call them and mess with them on the phone.

I have tried on numerous occasions to collect debt but Stephanie seems to be ignoring me time and time again. She's a liability more than an asset to this business. Doesn't call back always rescheduling I'm done with this place. They are lucky to get one star from me.

Had to deal with these people because of a personal guarantor situation on a lease that was hijacked by another company. Extremely rude, and continuously argued about the semantics of "closed lease" status when they don't take responsibility of providing confirmation in writing or speaking on behalf of the company they're collecting for. They get a real kick of talking to you like you're an idiot.

Customer service is terrible and they always say they do not have past statements to show you proof of completion of payments. Be cautious about paying them.

Worst place that I have ever in my life had to do business with!

Over charged me 469 dollars

Do not give this place your money!!!
