If there was an option to not give a single star, that is what I would do!!! This office is so disorganized it is unbelievable. There must be no communication. The account was paid in full as soon as it was placed with this agency, and still almost 2 months later, it still has not be considered satisfied on the credit report. There have been multiple calls on to them and every person that I speak to has a different answer!
