Have been waiting weeks for a fix for my water heater that is not working. They tried to reach me once and then referred to the hotline. With this I have now tried 3 times over 30 minutes each time, without success. Customer service is an absolute disaster and what good is a x-year guarantee if nobody cares. Product already defective upon delivery. Absolutely NOT recommended to buy.

Had a factory customer service call to help us with a problem. (RE-NO. 7142083).

The WKD had to move out several times, an accommodation for the missions without success - just as unsuccessful as the feedback on e-mails.

The first and second reminders went relatively quickly!

I did not receive an email from the customer service department today - there is neither a fixed contact person nor a telephone number for contacting the invoice.

Vaillant - VERY WEAK.

Even the field staff "supposedly" couldn't do anything.

With our Vaillant heat pump, we have now had almost 2 years of experience that gives a deep look, especially not only because of the poor product quality, but above all because of the obviously prevailing attitude, i.e. the completely inadequate customer orientation at Vaillant:
-The product development was at least partially outsourced to the customer, ie. the customers are allowed to deal with the not fully developed quality of the product (i.e. frolicking WITHOUT END)

-something like thorough root cause investigations are, if at all, then especially very delayed, and if at some point it can no longer be avoided, it is carried out to a maximum of delayed and passive. I.e. you have to keep checking what the status is and how it should go on
- the qualifications of the technicians sent in fluctuate extremely (and this is very benevolently formulated)
-A systematic, goal-oriented and thorough way of working of the customer service is not recognizable.

Accordingly, we can only warn you or must advise against buying Vaillant products!

Have 4 systems installed in different properties in 4 years. It was never without problems. Trouble with tenants, unheated houses in winter and an absolute failure of support.
Save your nerves and choose another manufacturer, no matter which one.

Unreliable flexoTHERM exclusive WP, bad service, smart grid ready (SG-Ready) but not

I had a Vaillant VWF117 / 4 installed in the new building and I am immensely disappointed!
The SS failed 7 times in 18 months. Heating installers and Vaillant technicians were each on site four times, looking for a fault and replacing parts when suspected.

Unfortunately, we NEVER had a warning (acoustic) on the WP via the online module on the ebus in the APP.

APP shows everything ok, display on the heater shows errors. Switch off once, switch on, then it works again. No real mistake to be found.

We already had everything. Only cold water, warm floor, cold water and cold FBH in winter, but also unwanted full heating with a high flow temperature in summer.

In the old house, the oil heating system has not had a single malfunction in 12 years.

With the Vaillant flexoTherm exclusive VWF 117/4, we no longer dare to drive away in winter because the WP does not provide effective and reliable warnings in the event of a failure and failure can occur at any time.

Second flaw. Vaillant bears the SG-Ready logo, which promises smart grid interoperability with a PV system.
My now installed PV with battery storage has the two relays required in the standard with which the WP 4 can be informed of different scenarios. My heating engineer doesn't know how, and it took a long time for Vaillant to back and forth so that the pins could hit the maximum possible, so that the water tank could be brought to the temperature that was already set. Nothing with extra heating above the normal temperature. The FBH cannot be triggered separately either.
That is simply a cheek to say SGready about this.

I will try to change my WP, because that is not acceptable quality and not acceptable customer service.

Following an annual maintenance, there was a leak in the spa. The called customer service repaired then the lack, calculated however once again a service flat rate as well as the temporal extent in the full height. E-mail inquiries about the invoice as well as registered mail are ignored altogether, instead, long-term customers are reminded.

I have a 10 year old ecotec vc 196/3. The heating has always worked reliably, until today there was a fault. Service called. Technician came the same day and was able to fix the problem. TOP performance . Hope for the next 10 years with no problems, the bill was not cheap.

Very dedicated and timely customer service.
But the most important thing for us as customers is the excellent expertise,
which we got to know about our condensing boiler during a service case.

Don't buy Vaillant boilers. I have to spend more than 500 euros to get it repaired and it's only 2 years old. The only explanation received from their technical service it's that these things happen. They consider it normal. That's why they advise you to spend 160 euros per year to cover all the repairs the boiler will need. Terrible choice!! Totally dissapointed

Customer service was unfortunately an expensive total failure. Service in the customer service hotline was very friendly. The employee who came out to us was not particularly competent, but very expensive. According to him, the heating was so defective that repairs would cost well over 1000 euros. That would not be profitable because it is in a bad state. Therefore we should definitely buy a new one. We paid almost 200 euros for this information.
Since we currently had no scope for a new heating system and all the offers we received were incredibly expensive, we asked another heating contractor to come. He repaired the heating for 62 euros and it works fine. By a hair we would have invested 9,000 euros. Very annoying, not very trustworthy, wasted money on Vaillant customer service.

Very disappointing - no help from Vaillant! 2 ClimaVair air conditioning systems from Vaillant bought expensive 9 years ago, installed professionally by installers. Now both indoor units are defective at the same time! No help from the customer service phone, email to management without results! No more spare parts available! No help from the service consultants. Air conditioning technicians from other brands cannot help. Vaillant totally lets customers down. Probably not enough in this sector.

Today, my installer called the service technician because he was desperate and could not get any further. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and talked quite disparaging with the heating engineer. I DO NOT FIND IT OK. My installer has tried to help ME and is treated like that. So much for a global company. Some QA at this point I think would not hurt. The next employee was great. So it's better to be on hold twice, and then get help.

The customer bothers here ... had a phone call to make an appointment, was probably a call center. The employee was incredibly rude, disrespectful, completely indifferent, constant pauses, as if his turn wasn't there anymore and then snippy and not at all committed to helping. It's about a big brand and urgent service: Impossible employees and, if the thermal baths are broken, appointments only after 9 days. Never again Vaillant, will also cancel all outstanding real estate projects. You don't need that, and a big brand can't afford to do that!
Service quality: school grade 6.
