Customer service was unfortunately an expensive total failure. Service in the customer service hotline was very friendly. The employee who came out to us was not particularly competent, but very expensive. According to him, the heating was so defective that repairs would cost well over 1000 euros. That would not be profitable because it is in a bad state. Therefore we should definitely buy a new one. We paid almost 200 euros for this information.
Since we currently had no scope for a new heating system and all the offers we received were incredibly expensive, we asked another heating contractor to come. He repaired the heating for 62 euros and it works fine. By a hair we would have invested 9,000 euros. Very annoying, not very trustworthy, wasted money on Vaillant customer service.
