The customer bothers here ... had a phone call to make an appointment, was probably a call center. The employee was incredibly rude, disrespectful, completely indifferent, constant pauses, as if his turn wasn't there anymore and then snippy and not at all committed to helping. It's about a big brand and urgent service: Impossible employees and, if the thermal baths are broken, appointments only after 9 days. Never again Vaillant, will also cancel all outstanding real estate projects. You don't need that, and a big brand can't afford to do that!
Service quality: school grade 6.
