With our Vaillant heat pump, we have now had almost 2 years of experience that gives a deep look, especially not only because of the poor product quality, but above all because of the obviously prevailing attitude, i.e. the completely inadequate customer orientation at Vaillant:
-The product development was at least partially outsourced to the customer, ie. the customers are allowed to deal with the not fully developed quality of the product (i.e. frolicking WITHOUT END)

-something like thorough root cause investigations are, if at all, then especially very delayed, and if at some point it can no longer be avoided, it is carried out to a maximum of delayed and passive. I.e. you have to keep checking what the status is and how it should go on
- the qualifications of the technicians sent in fluctuate extremely (and this is very benevolently formulated)
-A systematic, goal-oriented and thorough way of working of the customer service is not recognizable.

Accordingly, we can only warn you or must advise against buying Vaillant products!
