Today, my installer called the service technician because he was desperate and could not get any further. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and talked quite disparaging with the heating engineer. I DO NOT FIND IT OK. My installer has tried to help ME and is treated like that. So much for a global company. Some QA at this point I think would not hurt. The next employee was great. So it's better to be on hold twice, and then get help.
