Unexpectedly great selection happen to talk to a friend that goes there went there myself and found out I'm a huge fan of rice crackers. And the selection is huge. Honestly if your up for trying new things it's worth stopping in. The hot food was kinda bland and the wait was long. But the store itself really great. Highly recommended and that's very hifmgh praise from me.

The best place in the Renton area for Asian food & other merchandise with friendly and helpful employees. Thank you, Jacob, in the Seafood Dept. for helping me with my order. Thanks, Operations Manager, Jacob, for your kindness and sense of humor coupled with great customer service.

Everything we needed for our Asian and hawaiian cravings while visiting Seattle. Clean, workers were courteous. Prices were comparable to my Vegas prices. They also had an area where my daughter could buy her cute knickknacks and characters she LOVES

This is a local Asian Market is the same company that is a major destination in Seattle's China town! It is always packed with people and while it is larger and has a bookstore as well. The Renton location is very convenient with the freshest seafood and vegatables and lots of Asian groceries. Right next to 405 check it out !

Great place to shop for Asian foods, snacks & drinks from Asia, Hawaii, Phippines, Korea, Japan & China. Enjoyed the first store in the international district growing up. Well worth checking this store out. From their deli, fresh baked goods, to there fresh made foods. Go to in the south end. If you need, desire it, they have it !!!

While it's smaller and not as widely stocked as its store in Seattle, they definitely have all the essentials that you need to stock your Asian pantry. It's also great that it's accessible to all the south end population. Definitely one of my go to stores

Truly the best Asian grocery store in the Northwest. The Boba tea from the OASIS store is also typically quite good. The fish counter has many different types of Poke They carry many different types of frozen fish, shellfish and crab. You can get meatball to use in Pho. They have many types of mushroom, bean sprouts, various pepper variety in the produce section. Some items are a little more expensive here than your typical grocery, however Uwajimaya is anything but typical.

Love to shop here. We buy bonito flakes. We use them for soup and as treats for our pets. If you buy them in the pet stores, they are priced up to 3 times more than here. Also have really good cooked duck. A great deli section with rice, veggies, multiple entree's. Their Seafood and meat department, and vegetable departments are plentiful. It is also very clean.

Great store with a fantastic seafood / sushi grade fish selection and an array of Japanese food staples. There is also a small gifts and kitchenware section as well as fresh produce. I've never gotten food from their deli as the selection looks more Chinese than Japanese, but they do have hot food as well as a great selection of bentos for your lunch or grab and go needs.

Recently moved up here and was looking for miso paste. I went to DK Market which turned out to be a horrible place. The parking was a nightmare and they had hardly any east asian groceries. Then I came here and found half an aisle of miso paste. All kinds of beverages I hadn't seen in quite some time for cheaper than I remember ever buying them for. It's neat clean and reasonably priced. Heaven!

Enjoy their deli, but they didn't have chow mein ready with a long wait to cook more. It was early in the day, not sure what happened. Usually this is one of my favorites. I enjoy the large portions.

Just okay no big deal. A little higher priced than other markets. I didn't care for the produce section. There didn't seem much of Interest. Fish prices were higher than other markets. I like that they have a lot of stuff. Like household stuff.

We absolutely love Uwajimaya. It is pricier than other grocery stores catering to Asian specialty foods and items, but so well worth it in terms of quality and inventory. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their deli is second to none and especially for sushi, poke, bento, and Spam (and other) musubi. The gift items are great fun. Bonus tip: if you're heading to Seattle, take the S Renton Park and Ride route 101 across the street and you'll be en route to the other Uwajimaya in Washington State in the international district. So awesome!!

More market than anything else, which is fine. I was expecting it to be more like it's Seattle sibling but it's not. It's just a few isles of stationary and lots of water bottles which they tell you not to touch.

First time visit. Missing a lot of items, compared to the Seattle and Bellevue stores. Not sure if the pandemic has anything to do with it or not. Disappointed, so will continue with the other stores instead.
