Very bad experience. Mainly we will choose the institutes to gain the knowledge with the help of lecturer/tutor directly. But in this institute, at a time the lecturer teaches through video conference to covering two different location batches (Jayanagar, Rajaji Nagar). For this they are charging 20K. This kind of teaching we can find in YouTube or other websites.
Advice Uttara Team : There are so many other ways to earn money this is not right way. Please adjust your's tutor time shedule or appoint another tutor to manage both branches.
People who are giving this a bad review are those who probably joined this training facility only for the sole purpose of getting placed. If you're looking for better placement offers then you should probably look for other institutes but if you're looking to become a proficient JAVA programmer then you will not find a better training facility than Uttara.
Having a strong grasp of a technology or programming concept is far more important than getting placed into an average 2.5 LPA paying company. If you're good at what you've learnt, you can get placed into better and bigger companies on your own.

I was skeptical of the online lecture system in Jayanagar branch but it turned out to be very good. I could directly interact with Sir realtime. Okay maybe it needs a bit more brightness. Rajajinagar branch is just beside the metro and I shifted there and saw things with more clarity.
Placements are frequent and very few actually asked for 60% academics. Companies pay bit less but since most of them are development related I think its worth it. I myself got placed in Automation from batch 80 and I'm satisfied to get it since I didn't get placements in college.
If there is any good decision that I made for myself in past 20 years that would be joining uttara after engineering. Vikram Sir is amazing. I would like to thank Mr. Vikram sir and entire staff who helped me to improve my java programming skills. Vikram sir is just amazing he is a good teacher,motivational speaker,kind hearted person. Me and my friends used to call him "Sakala kalaa vallabha" because he knows everything.
