Nice place4a focus group-but they rent out space2other companies whom4get2pay participants on the night&have2wait5days after calls2get payment!!!!!

Recently had a phone call from this organization and normally I would not participate, but the interviewer who called me was extremely polite and professional so I was more than happy to take part.

Friendly and supportive staff in a professional and established work environment

Have been to a focus group at New Focus. The group was well run and very enjoyable. The group coordinator certainly knew her subject and kept the conversation active and interesting. Would definitely attend a focus group here again in the future. The staff I have met there have been friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

My application for a senior research position was nothing short of a total waster of time. The MD sent me a meaningless message saying he would come back to me ASAP and two months later, he still has not. As such would advise any senior and highly skilled as well as experienced researcher to stay well away from this agency, unless you are looking to have your time and efforts wasted and your initiative and hopes shattered.

Excellent staff and telephone survey interviewers. Everyone very friendly!
