This service is phenomenal. PHENOMENAL. I worked with Tanny and what impressed me most is that Tanny is SMART. She wasn't reading off a script and was able to understand my situation, my context, my neighborhood, my preferences in order to make the best recommendations for me. For example she pulled up the listing photos for my new house online to understand the general layout, size, number of stories, number of windows etc. in order to recommend specific security systems, outlining the pros and cons of each. She knew aesthetics was important to me and recommended a system that was not only in my budget and performed the way I need it to, but one that also looked sleek.

In addition to all of that Tanny dealt with all the typical stuff: gas, electricity, water, (waiting on hold each time so I didn't have to) and following up with an email with all my account numbers in one place. She also handled non-typical stuff like setting up the security system I described above, as well as arranging for a guy to come and mount my TV at the same time the cable and internet was being installed, AND got me quotes for the installation of an electric gate. She essentially served as my personal assistant. I could get used to that.

And if all of that wasn't enough... when my deal fell through literally the day before closing, and two days before moving, I called Tanny and she un-did everything. Everything. She even had my gas, electric and water re-instated at my current place. The stress of losing a house a day before closing was incredible and I was terribly disappointed but Tanny handled as much of the logistics as she could and I am so very grateful.

I can't imagine anyone at that firm could possibly be as good as Tanny, but from the other reviews I see here, that seems to be the case. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm and Tanny in particular. I wish that more businesses were run as competently as this one. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I spoke to Tanaka and she was superb... She really helped me so quickly and professionally that my entire conversation was hassle free and productive.

The CEO of utility connect called me to apologize for the miscommunication. They have taken steps to ensure that this does not happen in future. Given this, I have updated mt rating as there are only a handful of companies who acknowledge their issues and takes steps to improve the customer interaction experience.

Worthless service . Results in total confusion and chaos. You are better off connecting directly with the utility provider and scheduling the service. Absolutely no discount on services by getting it through them. They scheduled an installation of internet connection for me from Spectrum. I got a better deal with some other isp and called them to switch over and cancel the spectrum service. They promised that the installation is going to happen on a certain date but then the isp called to say they cannot do it. Also spectrum , whose service I had cancelled, sent me a summary of charges later in the night . Looks like these guys did not cancel the spectrum service. I connected to a customer service who said omg without even hearing a word from me and kept me on hold. I am better off dealing with the utility providers myself rather than handle chaos created by this company.

Utility Connect provided my family and I a balanced mixture of professionalism and charisma while securing competitive utility services. A family household move often include long days and stress while working to accomplish necessary transfers and or setup of new services. Process was quick and easy. Rayna found an electric provider for me that I had not heard of but their deal was too good to pass up on! I did a week's work of research in a matter of minutes. Now all I have to do is pick up my keys for my apartment!

Time wasters they recommended the "cheapest" plan and i was able to find a cheaper one in a 5 minute search. Think they just recommended who ever pays them the most. save your self the hassle and do it yourself.

I heard about Utility Connect today through our apartment locating service. Tanny helped me find the best rate on a new Internet company!
It's actually faster than the company we've been using, and about the same price.
It took all of maybe 30 minutes, and she actually got the company to wave installation fees for us.
Tanny definitely knows how to look out for the customer's best interest.

Easy and professional way to get utilities connected.

Vince was so helpful as we worked to get every detail taken care of for my daughter in her move to Dallas! He was very aware of "extra charges" and didn't want any surprise costs in her future. I think he got the best plans with the best rates for us.

Utility Connect is a great service. We just used them to get everything connected at our new Fort Worth house. Tanny was great - one phone call and ALL of the utilities were set up. And she saved us money over our current rates.

Rayna was wonderful to work with and beyond helpful. This service takes all the hassle out of shutting off or turning on, changing or ordering new utilities and home services. Not to mention finding you the best prices and great deals being offered at that time. I didn't know about this service until the day before I moved, I almost made the mistake of doing this all myself... again. Even with leaving things to the last minute (which I strongly DO NOT recommend) they were able to do their best and get my utilities turned on at the new location as soon as humanly possible. So don't wait like I did, call now!

Good. My inspector described the service as providing me with several options to choose from, but the representative I spoke to on the phone only initially offered me the "lowest" rate before I asked for some comparisons.
