Their representatives are amazing. I ask a lot of questions but they never get impatient or treat me like I'm stupid. Mark is especially awesome - he helped me dispute a ridiculous cancellation charge which ended up saving me from paying a $200 fee.

Great experience working with Utility Connect. They did all the investigation on finding the best rates for all my utilities and connected me with the right people at a time that was convenient for me to get everything set up on a tight timeline. I worked with Vincent Barrera, who was professional and super friendly!

Moving to a different county. Who offers what, what numbers to call, when can I set it up...??? Utility Connect made it too easy. Even had a conference call with one utility that eased my concerns about transfer of service. Did I get the best offers? Not sure yet and may follow up but it was very quick and everything went smooth. Had a call back because Rayna found a better deal on electricity. Nice, now that the new service stress is behind me, all I have to do now is move........ugh!

They were fast and friendly. We moved to a very rual area and there was no internet listed for us. I told her what everyone else was using and she looked it up and offered to call them for me even though they wern't on their list. They really go out of their way to help.

Kristen Samaniege was so nice & helpful. She was able to save me quite a bit of money. I hope I don't have to move again in the near future, but when I do, I will definitely use Utility Connect!!

They used to be great and very responsible and my clients had nothing but positive feedback. But recently they have not been as helpful. incorrect information provided given and failure to communicate.

Utility Connect helped me get power, water, sewer, mail forwarding, etc. set up in one call, which was quite convenient. Kristen was courteous and friendly. They will recommend cable and security options from certain companies, but that's to be expected. Very helpful service overall.

Just awesome.. setting up utilities never this easy. They also have reps can that can hold your hand through the process if you need it. Like me :-)

Rayna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me cancel some of my old accounts and sign up for new ones that saved me a lot of time! I didn't have to research all the providers, their rates or their contact info. She knew what providers were available and I just had to choose and she took it from there.

Tanny is a very pleasant person to talk with right from the moment when you are connected on the phone. Moving from Japan to Seattle, I was not really sure what they can do for me. But she was very helpful and kindly answered all the questions I had. I'm sure some of them don't get asked if you know the basics. But anyhow she helped me quite a lot and saved me time in dealing with utility companies.

Being new to the area, I was not looking forward to finding all the places that I needed to call to hook up my various utilities. Utility connect made that easy and I am quite glad that I used it.

This service is such a great one! Seriously recommend it! I called and they explained everything that I needed to know about my utilities. Tanny assisted me and was very personable. She had a vast knowledge about the products and companies and was able to get everything set up in less than 30 minutes (probably would have been shorter but I had a lot of questions!)

I wish I had become aware of them sooner. I have been paying outrageous electric bills of $300/month for a small 1-bd apt. I will save a substantial amount with my new electric company and I am very grateful to them.

My previous company, Reliant, lied to me when I signed up and told me the rate would be 8.something, and it turned out to be 13.something. They pretended that the electricity rate was the first number total and never mentioned that there would be a substantial extra amount to carry the electrons to you. Isn't that bizarre?? I would never recommend anyone ever using Reliant.

As soon as I figure out what my situation is for cable and wifi, I am going to call Utility Connect for that, too. Plus, the fellow I talked to was very patient and knowledgeable.

Vincent was fantastic. He helped us get a better deal on our cable and internet than I was ever able to negotiate on my own. He also knew of incentives and credits to ask for that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. He saved us hours of research and being on the phone and made that part of our moving experience great!

I never knew a service like this existed! I can't believe this is a completely free service!!! They helped me set up all my home services in about 15 minutes and then forwarded my mail! I will most definitely Utility Connect again!!!

I am always a little weary when switching providers however, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the company. Top Notch customer service! Moving was much less stressful and my utility bill has never been lower since switching to Utility Connect! I've told all my friends about Utility Connect and they seem to be just as happy as I am. Vincent Barrera assisted me with all the utilities for my new house. Since I am a first time purchaser, I was not aware of all the complexities involved. We were on the phone together off and on for an entire afternoon, but he stuck with me until everything was done, from getting deposits waived to choosing a cable and internet bundle that included all the channels I need. I can't say enough good things about Vincent. I could not have done it without him. Utility Connect provides a great service.

Wow, these guys made it easy for me when I was moving! Great customer service, and a convenient way to switch all my utility needs to my new home. We all dread having to move, but these guys make the process of switching all the utilities over a breeze, and to top it off...they got me cheaper rates than I was currently paying. I hope I don't have to move again for a long time, but if I do, Utility Connect will be the first call I make.

Utility Connect is great! Moving or setting up new utility accounts can be a hassle. They help make your life a little less stressful as you tell them your needs and they do the searching for you.
