Good times with the family on Sunday, not all that pricey. Kids love it because the bumpers automatically come up on the mane when it's their turn to bowl. Food and drinks are reasonably priced.

We had fun with our friends but the lanes had to constantly be reset. Our scores were screwed up several times. They were late to open the doors so we also had to wait for someone to let people in.

The bowling balls there have holes all over them and none in the right spot or size, plus the bar is cash only

I have been bowling my entire life, and my parents have dragged me to bowling alleys my entire life for their leagues as well, I came here with a group of friends for a fun night and I had a very funny time. This place is so cute and clean. The seating areas are just like seating from the old bowling alleys and I love that they have kept them! It makes me feel like I m walking back in time and I absolutely love this feeling this place gave me. Not to mention the lanes are great, a little slippery than what I am use to but I didn t mind! I would love to keep coming back here to have fun nights with my friends!

Lanes kinda suck i have a hard time getting any consistency with my ball. Lanes are too long

Great place to bowl, well maintained and clean, usually not crowded but the food and refreshments are a little pricey. Also Bowling Balls are not labeled for weight.

This place has horrible service. We were here for my granddaughters birthday party and it was horrible. They wouldn't serve is at the snack bar because his register wasn't working. People don't know how to count money these days. The owner/manager is a jerk. He makes rude comments to people and acts like he is so busy.

Lanes never work. Only 2 employees so hard to get help.

We had our daughters birthday party at striking lanes and she felt so special! The staff was super kind and quick. Everything was clean and pleasant! I would totally recommend this place!

Open bowling on Wednesdays is usually uncrowded which is a good thing because there is only one employee on duty. If it's busy, service is extremely slow. Example: your ball doesn't return. It could take up to 20 minutes to get it back. The employee is friendly and knowledgeable but often overwhelmed.

This place is the worst bowling alley i have ever been to it smells, dark, balls are not marked with weight, gross, bad food, floor is too slippery, food is bad, balls have cracks and lumps in them, danger hazard for kids the shoes are bad, service is bad, the look is bad, hated it dont come bere

This place was awful. The lanes are poorly maintained. We had to reset the lanes like every 3 throws. Someone had to go back and get our ball a couple times and reset the lane. The staff is terrible. The man working the counter the so rude! He never looked at us as he spoke, ignored us for a few mins every time we went to the counter, and acted like we were a nuisance. The food was bad, I know it's bowling alley food but It was by far the worst bowling alley food out there. Oh and the best part! We called a head and asked when open bowling was, he said it started at 3. We got there around 4. We asked for 2 games and paid. With all the issues we had with the lane it took like 25/30 to bowl one game. The half way through the 2nd game the rude man came to us and said "you were supposed to be done by 4:30, I'll refund the rest of your game". He NEVER SAID WE HAD TO BE DONE AT ANYTIME! He rude and insufferable. I will NEVER go there again.

Bowling is always a fun time, however, this particular bowling center had it's issues. Some of the lanes had spotty sensors and the pins would often not reset automatically. It was also kind of difficult to find the proper bowling ball size.

Great family fun...staff was helpful and courteous. The best french fries ever.

Dated but what can you expect from a bowling alley? Bar accepts cash only. There is an atm there though!

Pro shop guys are amazing for real only good reason to go there. Other than that don't go in the summer. They oil the non league lanes maybe once every two weeks. Staff arnt that nice. The pro shop is separate and the only reason i would even step in the place. They know what they are doing. Other than that I would not be back.

Our lane kept screwing up. Didnt work more than it did. Awful. Worst bowling alley we have ever ever been to. Bathrooms were gross.

Recently moved to the area and my 5 year old son enjoys putt putt. We noted this place had a decent looking miniature golf course and so I checked out the hours and the sign posted said:

- 12-8pm Daily
- Cash Only

Today we actually went to play some miniature golf only to find out the place was closed. Oddly while we walked to the door, a few people drove by wanting to play, but apparently they were "closed." Found a number, it was busy. I must have called 10 times or more and nothing. I then called the bowling alley. The person who answered told me that course was closed. When I inquired about the hours posted, he said "We will have to change that, we don't have anyone to run the course and had a meeting this morning." While that sounds fine, according to one of the ladies who lives in the area the place is rarely open. I find the explanation, while possibly true, is just a representation that either they are poorly managed and/or don't care. Either way with this type of management, they won't be open much longer.

Great place and awesome birthday party packages. Well worth it

Great place for a kids birthday. They do some unique things for a party compared to other bowling allies in the area.

Poorly run, if the ball happens to go into the gutter it most likely comming out all scratched up, have had too many mechanical problems and place looks out of date. It still was a fun time but really needs improvements.

If your looking for a good place to bowl then this is the place for you

Clean and nice inside. Inexpensive, good value! Lane 22 needed to be reset constantly.

Nice lanes, wasn't very busy on a friday night which was quite surprising. Also has other activities that you can do. One issue is that it is a bit hard to see from the road especially at night. The sign wasnt very bright nor was it very eye catching

Had to keep resetting the game and the owner is very rude and disrespectful. He has a terrible attitude. Never going back

I Called on the phone for open bowling.
Was told to come on in, it starts @ 9..
It took me a 30-45 min drive to reach them.
I wait in line for another 15 min. and then Im told there is no open bowling????
Can you say " slightly disappointed?"

My advice is not to call ahead for bowling times.

This place is cheap beyond anything I have experienced. Games are outrageously expensive, food is way overpriced and nasty grease filled bags of pus. Waitresses are okay but counter help is rude and non communicative. The cheap lanes are wavy and not even and oil machine doesn't work right, when they do happen to oil. Pins are sometimes not even set right. Lighting is bad and the place hasn't had a makeover in years. The pop machines even want 1.25 for a 12oz can. The arcade has 4 games and 1 of them hasn't worked in over a year. One time, a pro bowler with national titles who used to live in the area offered to give free lessons to help the business and to bring in customers and to spread interest in bowling for kids. The owner wanted to charge rent in order to do this. Just goes to show how cheap the place is. The whole place is falling apart year by year and the only thing keeping it alive are the league's it has going on but even those keep dwindling in numbers year after year because other bowling centers have a lot more to offer.

Ok place. Getting a little outdated. Restrooms need better cleaning.

Very slow service... I waited 15 minutes with no one in site at the front desk. I've lived in Heartland for 40 year's, very sad to see the way it's being run now.

Came here with a large group, used 5 lanes. Staff was friendly and quick. Facility was clean, computers easy to use. Bathrooms could use some updating. Would definitely come back.

this is a pretty non-descript bowling alley. my only issue with it is that you can buy alcohol but it's cash only. which is pretty freaking annoying in a world where paper money is relatively useless.

Went here for a birthday with several friends and his family. Desk staff were friendly, were quick to resolve a lane issue. Pizza was amazing but a bit too greasy. Pop wasnt watered down or gross, and they had a decent selection of balls which were fairly new as well as the shoes. Would come back again

I went to the poker room, not to bowl. The Hold' em tournament is well by the floor manager, Charlie(?). He is well organized and knowledgeable. My concern was with the large number of drunk players. The were loud, obnoxious and disrespectful. They made many of the older crowd uncomfortable. I thought some should have been warned earlier or kicked out altogether, but it wasn't my game, so not much I could do.
I would say that if you plan on a good game - go here, but expect some raucous players.

I haven't bowled regularly since the mid-1980's when I rolled a 180 league avg. Now that the kids have grown up and moved out, I decided to visit the pro shop with the intent of getting back in the game and buying a new ball and shoes. I went in on a Friday afternoon. Although he was busy with several drilling orders, Jeff in the pro shop went out of his way to listen to my request to establish a PAP.

Since we had similar drill patterns, Jeff let me try out a few of his extensive collection of personal balls. I had done lots of research online and was interested in a few Storm models (Super Natural, Hy-Road, Frantic, Lights Out) that matched my rolling style (stroker). I tried out a Tropical Breeze and a Hy-Road. Jeff suggested a slight modification of my delivery, which worked wonders with my ball placement.

Having rolled my old 16-lb ball for years, I bought a 15-lb Hy-Road after asking Jeff's advice and trying his one out. I can't wait to give my new ball a try. Jeff's assistance was directly responsible for the sale.

Otherwise, the lanes themselves were moderately oiled, perfect for my late breaking delivery. The facility was about half full, not bad for an early Friday afternoon. It was a bit dark, and not overly noisy. The computerized lanes are separate from the seating tables. The cashier staff was friendly. NOTE: the cashiers do not take ATM/credit cards directly.

Five stars for Jeff and the pro shop; four stars for the bowling facility.

We had an awesome experience! I went with 2 kiddos under 5 and the staff was so patient and excellent. I can't say enough nice things! Definitely recommend!

Recently started going to the striking lanes. The food is great. The lanes are a little bit dryer than some places, which is nice for a beginner. The pro shop guy helped me pick out a bowling ball and was great! Meticulous and thorough. Only downside I have is that it's a cash only bar.

Great place for a fun bowling night. It's nice to have an attached bar. So many lanes, and they have theme night and teams.

It's a bowling alley so yes it's a little old school. Staff in nice drinks are good

It was a cheap little spot. The lane could do with some updating. For example the lane we had the system wouldn't notice we rolled a ball so we'd have to throw another and sometimes three.

We had one of our children's birthday parties here. The staff was more than accommodating & helpful!!!

Atmosphere awesome ,a bar where everybody knows your name....keno played when you need it before next game...music played to the mood of bar ...

Staff is great but the place is dirty really dirty I would not take my granddaughters there even if the bowling was free.

Sometimes bowling allies would clear your pins before you throw and things like that, but otherwise clean and nice

Bowling this summer here and will be the last time I bowl in this house . it's on average 80 in the house because they cant turn on the ac because its leaking . many other things I can say about the house but not going to . go to howell or Brighton they care about the bowlers not there Wallet

They do not accept credit cards, lanes haven't been updated since the mid 90's. The only reason I give them two stars if for the 5star service the girls give. Place needs to be bought by somebody that cares!

Worked with Jeff, the Bowling Pro, hooked up a new ball, bag and shoes. Even got some instructions that help a poor follow thru on the release. Nice place, clean and will return to bowl there.

I enjoy bowling and being with my friends Bowling is the only sport I do and will always enjoy
