I had the pleasure to speak with Vincent on Thursday, April 7th. My experience with Vincent was amazing! He made the experience easy, understanding and personable. When I say I love everything about his customer service, expertise and advice was greatly appreciated. My son lives in the Dallas area and me as a "MOM" in another state I was completely lost. Therefore, when I called utility connect Vincent became my guardian angel. By the way, my son and Vincent share the same birthday which means it was a "TRUE BLESSING." The person I spoke to (I believe it was Ray) was definitely a huge help at the time of receiving different services as well as more affordable ones. Though, I still need to have him continue helping me as we did not finish with receiving all the services I was stated that I needed like TV (for cable or satellite) as well as for my internet services. Plus, I was to also receive renters insurance through Ray as well, but haven't heard back from him as we speak, but I do work full time and care for an infant all day. But other than that, he was excellent with getting me the best of the best current services that he helped me get. Again, I still need him to contact me back as he needs to finish helping me with the other services I will need. Thanks again Ray.

I tell all my friends about this service... It's 100% free to use and super easy -- All you have to do is just call them... They shopped and found us all the best rates and features... They set up my electricity, my renters insurance, security system, TV & Internet -- I paid absolutely zero down for most of my connected services and got an amazing electric rate... My last bill for April 2014 was only $102.35! Do yourself a favor and save the hassle of setting up all your utilities - if you're moving soon, give these guys a call ahead of time and they will do the leg work for you.

It is my first time using Utility Connect so in the beginning I was a little bit suspicious about what they could do for me, or how much time they could save for me. After spending 30 minutes with Rayna McCarty with whose help all of my electricity, gas and water services have been successfully connected or transfered, online account setup, paperless bills enrolled, I cannot praise more for this kind of service and the excellent service she provided. I definietely would recommend this company to every one!

I love this company! I am the type of person that hates moving and packing and having to call around to set everything up. I called Utility Connect and they went as far as having all my move and movers scheduled for me, all my utilities setup, a bad ass cable and internet bundle, plus a cool ass security system with a camera I can check out from anywhere. I met a girl that moved in and she was telling me what a nightmare moving was and we got to talking about our cable and everything and I found out that I was spending about a third less and had a couple extra hundred channels that she wasted her time trying trying to shop around for. She latee became my girlfriend ;) Give these guys a call.

I worked with Tanny and she was wonderful at guiding me through the process of Texas utilities. There are so many options and so many hidden fees it was very helpful. Tanny even went above and beyond by managing a special request I had to see a comparison. Since this was just a temporary move, I will be using Tanny again when my family moves into our Texas home.
