Great customer service in getting everything rolling. The call center had a power failure during the call right at the end, but was contacted from multiple people to make sure i knew what was going on and that no information was lost. Would definitely recommend!

I have to say, this company really knows what it is doing! My first contact was with Adrian Vega, who was never pushy yet somehow seemed to know everything about every service in the area I recently moved to. Within about ten minutes, Adrian had a plan that was saving me big on multiple services. The service and communication followed suit throughout the process and Utility Connect made scheduling and communicating with multiple vendors seem effortless. I strongly recommend that you contact Utility Connect, even if it is just to ask what is possible in your area. They really made my recent move the simplest I have ever experienced.

Andy worked with me to make sure that I had electric, cable, phone, internet, and a security system. He was very helpful in informative. Whenever I call, I hope to speak with him again.

I just got off of the phone with Malea, (spelling might be off) and she did a fantastic job of setting up my new cable and internet for my new condo. She informed me that she was new, but she was right on point with every question I asked. I had considered other services or even calling TWC directly, but once I called Utility Connect, I was very impressed. It was short notice for the install, but they handled it very well, very professional, and I am getting exactly what I am looking for at a great price!!

Rayna was very knowledgable. She searched and found an excellent, renewable energy rate & locked it in. Then set up by DTV & ATT bundle to capture all of the special promotions for being a return customer - what a value! And I wasn't on hold explaining my move, address and vitals over and over. While contracts with the city need signed agreements, and she couldn't process for me, she was super helpful with links & understanding what to expect. You'll need to schedule disconnect with vendor that don't transfer with you, however this saved me at least an hour of personal calls!

Adam W. has to been one of your most polite people that I have meet. He helped me set up my utilities.Even made it possible for my bills to be lower. I usually don't like talking with people. I would just do everything on line. But he made my experience a great one. Good Job Adam W.

I don't typically write reviews, but I had to after Adam W. helped me set up my utilities at my home. I just want to say that he was very helpful, and I felt like I got the best deals through him.

I had recently moved to a house and the movers they recommended were not professional whatsoever. I wanted to get some sort of compensation back since they charged me for a 5 hr job when it should have taken 4hrs max. I reached out to the Utility connect team and they worked who with the owner of the moving company and they sent me a check with a refund of an hr. They were very friendly and kept in contact with me through the whole process. the moving company was dodging me when I would reach out to them but Utility Connect are great and I highly recommend them. Thanks again!
