My experience with Mark was splendid! I recieved help that I could not find any where else.

Very easy to work with and friendly. What would have taken me the better part of an hour with the cable company was processed with their help in just a few minutes while I waited on the line. I would definitely recommend them!

This is a fantastic service. One of the most time consuming activities moving from state to state is setting up utilities and cable/internet. My rep, Ryan, made it so easy and did most of the work. I just wish this type of service was available for my other 8 moves!!!

Easiest apartment set up I've had. Rayna took care of everything to the point all I had to do was say yes or no and I was done!

Rayna was very helpful! I liked that she simply offered services that could help me. If I wasn't interested she wasn't pushy. She genuinely just trying to provide me with services that met my needs. She saved me $30-40 a month on my electric bill! I'm VERY impressed with Utility Connect!

I have been working with Janet, and may I just say she is AMAZING! I ve had the best experience with all of this, the setup was quick and thorough. Janet walked me through the entire process, and was knowledgeable in all the different plans and options that were available to me as a customer. If i could tip her i would, she was by far one of the best people I have worked through in a while. I highly recommend!

UC made my move SO MUCH EASIER!! I hate moving in general but Utility Connect took a lot of the burden off! All I had to do was give them my new address and they set up everything for me!! They also follow up if cheaper rates on services comes along....the customer service department deserves 10 stars!!

My only recommendation is to ask your rep to explain what they're doing for you throughout the entire process. Don't get be afraid to ask questions, and don't be afraid to say no.

He gave me great package listings for every utility in which they were available, and gave me a well-informed rundown of the pros and cons of each one. This company genuinely cares and they're willing to exert the extra effort and spend a little time to make sure that you're happy with your new location. Moving has been extremely stressful, but the ease of this process made everything a little better!

i just moved here from California and i have never experienced such friendly customer service like this in my life. Tanny was amazing and so friendly, she basically did everything for me. I had no clue where to even start and she took care of it all, awesome company and idea and great customer service. Complete satisfaction !!

I registered with them easily via a link provided by my builder. They called and signed me up for electricity, gas, water and cable. They stayed on the line the whole time and I never had to do anything but give my info.

My experience was stress free and seamless! I had been putting off getting my services changed over because I had so much going on. I noticed that it was getting towards the end of the moth and i would soon be moving. I received a call from Vincent Barrera who took care of everything! In no time all of my services were scheduled and set to begin on my move in date. I did not have to call several companies to get things done he took care of everything with me on the line and what he could not finish he made sure to call me the next day at our scheduled time. He was nothing short of amazing and i would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Vincent was awesome ! He was very perfessional, courteous and listened to my needs. Vincent worked to get the best solutions for me. I was connected to my cable provider with my account # that day and the next day I'm going to pick up my cable boxes and have them the day I move. I will not have to wait on someone to come and install it. I really felt like he was there with my best interest in mind , getting the best deals and on the dates I needed. I didn't know the service existed .
