Utelisys Communications B.V. Review

The wifi is a joke. The internet is out so often and not for a moment, but for over 30 minutes. You would think that with so many users they have their business better done, but no.

Quick response, good help, even with some personal problems with my computer! Got everything up and running again which I am really grateful for!

Poor quality, not worth the price. The media box is slow and gets stuck then reboots( while changing the chanel)... Bounded to this product due to living at campus diemen zuid...

Pretty good internet services, only no phone support in weekends. Helpful and professional people.

Overpriced, worthless internet & tv, forced into paying them.

Horrible connection. Forced to pay them, since they are part of the service package of my house. For 5 years I have trouble with the connection and I had to complaint a lot. I had trouble handing in work for studies before deadlines, when there was no internet connection and got usually bad service which includes calling several times and asking to be called back, which would not happen. I do not advise this provider at all, since it is difficult to trust their services.

Afwul internet service. I have been blocked off from the internet for two days in a row. They fixed it for a day and now it happend again. plus its really Anoying they don' t have customer service/suport In the evening and during the weekend.

Worst help desk ever.
They supply internet in the building I live in and they fail to respond on time and understand a plain and simple question. When explained in baby language you can wait for days even when sending multiple follow-up e-mails.

Contacting the help desk is where things get even worse. You call and they put you in queue for a minute or two afterwards they tell you they will call you back but they told me that three days in a row!

Here I am sitting with WiFi but no cable internet which is essential for my work...

Will adjust review depending on the actual internet quality but for now a big fat 1 star.

If reading this keep in mind this is my very first negative review on google reviews normally I am not that kind of person. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Terrible customer service. Doesn't offer any way to contact them in the weekend even though the internet is down and I am an on internet depending student, and doesn't seem to care about fixing things quickly. Offer your customers a proper service!

After seeing all these reviews i thought sending a message to customer support wouldn't help. But they replied in a day andddd solved my problem for me :) So thanks Utelisys

Really bad connection and most of the time no internet at all. Useless internet service. 7 days without internet, 15 calls, 5 emails and so far no response. Also forced to use this provider. Avoid at any cost!!!

Very, very poor customer service and the internet connections themselves are a joke.
