Worst help desk ever.

Worst help desk ever.
They supply internet in the building I live in and they fail to respond on time and understand a plain and simple question. When explained in baby language you can wait for days even when sending multiple follow-up e-mails.

Contacting the help desk is where things get even worse. You call and they put you in queue for a minute or two afterwards they tell you they will call you back but they told me that three days in a row!

Here I am sitting with WiFi but no cable internet which is essential for my work...

Will adjust review depending on the actual internet quality but for now a big fat 1 star.

If reading this keep in mind this is my very first negative review on google reviews normally I am not that kind of person. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
