Horrible connection. Forced to pay them, since they are part of the service package of my house. For 5 years I have trouble with the connection and I had to complaint a lot. I had trouble handing in work for studies before deadlines, when there was no internet connection and got usually bad service which includes calling several times and asking to be called back, which would not happen. I do not advise this provider at all, since it is difficult to trust their services.
