Doing Business with them is always a problem, no clear instructions, clients always have no idea what they are getting into.
When you work as partners you should do jobs as good as we do.

Hopefully they improve there services

Extremely rude customer service and inept at scheduling.

Thankfully Sunbrite associates are now helping me. I sincerely hope they reconsider using this company for technicians in the future. Im not sure how they keep getting business when they consistently cancel tickets and fail to schedule

Currently too much runaround on getting a repair scheduled on a dead Samsung digital signage display. It's not exactly a mission critical repair for us, but something as simple as following up with us after the date Samsung mentioned should be a critical part of their mission. I went back to Samsung Business Support to see what they can do for us. I wasn't going into this expecting next business day replacement/repair, but I was hoping for something better than next business month.

Update: For obvious reasons, I am not using my real name as retaliation against myself (as a current employee) will most certainly occur. I am thorough and honest in my below review and many others will stand by my words and agree. Something needs to change and it starts at the top - this isn t the 2000 s anymore.

USSI does not take care of their employees on-site or care for their health, they make rules for some of the employees and do not enforce those rules for the rest, especially regarding mask use in the office. They pay employees the bare minimum which results in a extremely high employee turnover rate - and unable to retain the people with the skills and talent they NEED to keep to keep their business moving.

USSI management: pay ALL your employees a living wage - not the bare minimum. Treat all your employees like equals, not different classes. With the current economic situation, you will soon see the devastating effects on your business long-term due to greediness and careless actions. If you want to retain great employees (that will in turn take care of your customers), you must pay for it and keep everyone happy. It is impossible to even rent a home/apartment with the wages they pay, let alone take care of a family.

Technician looked at TV for repair, said he was going outside to wait for his partner, then completely ghosted us. Did not knock on the door like he said he would. The phone he was using went directly to voicemail, no response to texts. Made no repairs on the TV. Customer service giving phone number after phone number to try to figure out how to resolve. This is not a reasonable way to run a business.

Seems like a racket... e.g. They get Samsung repair tickets, don't do the repairs, get paid anyway. Shame on USSI, shame on Samsung. Will return products and shop different brand.

Update - after some back and forth between USSI and Samsung, a local repair person contracted to USSI contacted me to setup an appointment. He was super helpful, konwledgable, personable. Great experience with "Game" from USSI Global. 5-stars for his performance, but 0 starts for the Samsung/USSI ordeal that most people wouldn't tolerate.

This has been awful. Not only did the misdiagnose my repair and charge me in advance, they have yet to refund my money. They were at my place and their labor rate is $225 for 15 minutes of work. They have the parts in hand new and unused and have had them since the day the came for repairs on 3/1/21, mind you the pre-payment for services was made on 2/16/21. The tech was great though and found the true issue. I requested a full refund and was told NO only parts, and as of today, this still has not happened. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
