I called and zillowed in the morning requesting a property tour today and did not hear back all day.

This agency is the most unprofessional business I ve ever had to deal with. Wayne Decker is clueless, rude, and completely unprofessional. It doesn t stop there. When I called the broker to inform him of his agent s shady behavior, he completely disregarded not only his actions but also the way he treated us when we were trying to resolve the issue with him. The broker said he would look into it and call me back which of course he never did. There are so many other real estate agents out there that do not treat people this way, who actually know what they are doing, and who act with the utmost professionalism. Do not choose this brokerage or Wayne Decker as an agent.

Margie Carstens is by far the most unprofessional agent I have ever dealt with. Do not expect any cooperation with scheduling a viewing or keeping an agreed upon showing. I asked for 2 things when she asked to schedule a showing at 3pm. Call when your close and call when your done. At 4:10pm she showed up without calling and was late due to her client needing to finish a load of laundry "a phone call would of worked to change the time". At 5pm we finally called and got an oh yeah sorry.

Alberto Avena is the most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever tried working with. I have been trying to set up an appointment with him for 2-3 months already. I finally was able to set one up. He asked me to call him an hour before the appointment to confirm it. I gave him a call he answered the phone as soon as I said hello Alberto he hung up the call. I tried calling him back multiple times and he never answered the phone. If your looking for a reliable and honest agent that you can count on to do business with then Alberto Avena is not that agent. Think twice before doing business with him especially when it's a major purchase like a home.
